Research On Urban Residents’ Participation In Community Governance In The Process Of Urban-Rural Integration

Community governance is an important driving force of urban social development,and urban residents’ participation in community governance is a key component.With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more urban residents begin to pay attention to and actively participate in community governance.Their participation not only enhances urban residents’ sense of belonging and gain,but also improves the efficiency and quality of community governance and promotes the harmonious development of urban society.Therefore,the participation of urban residents in community governance has become a research topic in the current urban development.By investigating and analyzing the behavior and willingness of urban residents to participate in community governance,we can explore the motivation and influencing factors of urban residents to participate in community governance.From the perspective of interaction theory,this paper discusses the role of rules and resources in social structure in the participation of urban residents in community governance actions.Through the discussion of three aspects: why choose to participate in community governance,how to carry out community governance practice and the positive and negative effects of urban residents’ participation in community governance,the purpose is to systematically and comprehensively present the research content and ideas.In this study,qualitative research and quantitative research methods are combined.Interviews and questionnaires are used to deeply explore the action logic and interaction of urban residents’ participation in community governance,so as to provide an empirical basis for understanding and promoting urban community governance.Urban residents’ participation in community governance is an important way to promote the construction of urban grassroots social governance system.However,in practice,there is a tense relationship between residents and communities.This is mainly because the community governance system is not perfect,democratic decision-making mechanism is not perfect and so on.Therefore,it is very important to improve the modern grassroots social governance system and promote the construction of grassroots social democracy.In this context,the study of urban residents’ participation in community governance has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Through the investigation and analysis of urban residents’ participation in community governance,we can better explore the reasons and motivations of residents’ participation in community governance,understand the problems existing in the community governance system,promote the perfection and improvement of democratic decisionmaking mechanism,so as to strengthen the interaction and connection between residents and communities,and improve the level of urban grassroots social governance.Therefore,this paper aims to provide theoretical depth of urban residents’ participation in community governance actions,and has practical guiding significance.By adopting mixed research methods,the interactive relationship and action logic of urban residents’ participation in community governance are deeply studied to provide empirical basis for further promoting urban community governance.The participation of urban residents in community governance is of great significance for promoting the construction of urban grassroots social governance system.Through the study of urban residents’ participation in community governance,we find that building community characteristics and cultivating public spirit are important means to enhance residents’ sense of community belonging and awareness of participation.The research on urban residents’ participation in community governance should strengthen the discussion on the building of community characteristics and the cultivation of public spirit,so as to provide more scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for improving residents’ sense of community belonging and participation,and make greater contribution to the continuous optimization of urban community governance.
