Research On National Political Security Risk And Governance Under The Influence Of Artificial Intelligence Technology

Our party has always attached great importance to the issue of political security,and China has always faced severe political security risks.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the boundary of political security has been greatly expanded,and the factors threatening political security are more extensive.Non state actors represented by science and technology companies and non-governmental institutions can also obtain corresponding political power,Therefore,we must deeply analyze the internal mechanism of artificial intelligence affecting political security and study how to use artificial intelligence to maintain national political security.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the significance and research status of the impact of artificial intelligence technology on political security;The second part further expounds the particularity of political security in the era of artificial intelligence by analyzing the political attribute of artificial intelligence and the political security risk of our country;The third part elaborates the new risks brought by artificial intelligence from the impact of artificial intelligence on all aspects of political security,and summarizes the new characteristics of the impact of artificial intelligence technology on political security;The fourth part analyzes why artificial intelligence can cause new risks of political security;The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of using artificial intelligence technology to maintain China’s political security.The achievements in maintaining political security can also reflect the security situation in other fields to a certain extent.He pointed out that the basic of political security lies in the maintenance of sovereign independence and territorial integrity;The core of political security lies in ensuring the security of political power and system;Political order and ideology are the realistic basis of political security,which depends on whether we can achieve political order stability and occupy the mainstream ideology.This is also the main theoretical basis for this study to divide political security issues into three aspects: sovereignty security,regime and system security,ideology and political stability.Artificial intelligence technology has had a profound impact on national political security.A series of new public opinion wars and political wars have proved that artificial intelligence and big data technology have played an increasingly amazing role in influencing public opinion,influencing social thoughts and interfering in political activities.The reason why artificial intelligence can have an impact on political security is that it can affect the psychological activities of users to a certain extent.With the further expansion of the scientific and technological advantages of state actors and nonstate actors,they can form a data monopoly,and on this basis,they can silently guide users to develop in the direction they expect,and then intervene in the public agenda,Divide the user circle by algorithm,widen the data gap,generate information cocoon room by algorithm recommendation,and even use deep forgery to discredit opponents out of thin air,resulting in a crisis of public trust in the media.These potential dangers enable hostile forces to manipulate users and spontaneously commit bad acts endangering national political security,which will often have a more serious impact on national political security.But at the same time,we must also pay attention to the many conveniences brought by artificial intelligence technology.We can’t give up eating because of choking.Therefore,on the one hand,we should make full use of the convenient and fast advantages brought by artificial intelligence to narrow the distance between the mainstream ideology and the people.On the other hand,we should constantly improve relevant policies and regulations to avoid the adverse effects caused by the abuse of algorithms and data,At the same time,we should attack hard against false information and strictly prevent the smear and slander of the mainstream ideology.
