| In 2021,the state issued the " double reduction " policy,which requires that the arrangement of students ’ homework in the compulsory education stage should be more scientific and reasonable,and the after-school service in the school should basically meet the needs of students.It is necessary to improve the quality and service level of school education,comprehensively standardize the behavior of off-campus training institutions,reduce the burden of students ’ homework and off-campus training,alleviate parents ’education anxiety,reduce parents ’ education pressure,make education and teaching return to school,and vigorously improve people ’s satisfaction with education and teaching in the school.However,whether the development of after-school services in the school basically meets the needs of students ’ growth and whether it alleviates parents ’ anxiety to a certain extent remains to be studied.This paper studies the management of after-school services in primary schools by the education authorities in W District of Chengdu,and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the management of after-school services in primary schools by the education authorities.Based on the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory,and Mc Loughlin ’s interactive model theory,this paper draws conclusions through research methods such as questionnaires,interviews,and observations : Due to the non-standard management of the education authorities in W District of Chengdu,the current after-school services in primary schools in this district are carried out.There is a big difference between schools and schools,lack of diversity,and there is a trend to increase the academic burden of primary school students.It cannot basically meet the diverse needs of students ’ growth.There is a big deviation in the implementation of policies related to after-school services in primary schools.In summary,the author finds that the education authorities have formalized the management methods and contents in the process of after-school service management.The lack of norms and systems that can be based on in the management process;the absence of management subject;poor management operability in four aspects.Based on the current situation,problems and causes of after-school service management in primary schools in the study area,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions : first,to improve the management awareness of education authorities;second,formulate perfect laws and regulations and security system;third,clarify the responsibilities of relevant management personnel in the education department;fourth,establish and improve the effective evaluation system of education authorities. |
