Research On The Construction Of Chengdu Government E-government Platform Under The Background Of Big Data

At present,China is embarking on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.One of its major goals is to modernize the national governance system and governance capacity.Driven by big data and other technologies,the e-government platform is no longer simply a platform for handling affairs and approval,but a platform for the government to demonstrate its governance ability.With the rise of big data strategy to China’s national strategy,the construction of local government e-government platform needs to accurately grasp the new opportunities and new requirements brought by big data technology enabling,achieve efficient government management and digital governance in a more scientific and systematic way,and provide strong support for local economic and social development.This paper takes the current situation of Chengdu government e-government platform construction as the research object,uses the new public management theory,network governance theory,digital governance theory to guide the research,and adopts literature research,case study,questionnaire survey,interview survey and other research methods to conduct scientific research and in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the current situation of Chengdu government e-government platform construction through questionnaire and interview survey,Summarize and sort out the four problems existing in the e-government platform of Chengdu Municipal Government: the service-oriented concept is not fully integrated in the platform construction,the public participation is low,the platform construction standard system is not perfect,and the background approval end construction is not paid attention to.Analyze the causes from the problem.Finally,on the basis of fully drawing on the advanced experience in the construction of domestic e-government platforms,four countermeasures are put forward against the problems and causes of benchmarking: demand oriented optimization of the construction of service-oriented platforms,enhancing public participation in the construction of e-government platforms,improving the construction of standard systems and strengthening the guarantee of platform project construction,so as to effectively improve the construction quality of Chengdu e-government platforms,And provide reference for the theoretical research and development practice of e-government platform construction of other local governments.
