Research On The U.S.Hosing Security Policy

Establishing a sound housing security system is a necessary complement to market mechanisms and an important part of the national social policy and social security system.Housing issues are related to the well-being of the country and the people,especially the ability of the middle and low-income groups to secure housing,which has a significant impact on social stability and economic development.Therefore,governments around the world are committed to building a sound housing security system to ensure sustained and healthy economic development.After more than 80 years of development and improvement,the US housing security system has its own unique characteristics.In the process of constructing a multi-level housing security system,the US government provides legal basis for housing security,dynamically adjusts the housing security system according to changing situations,and integrates housing security fiscal and financial support policies to promote the implementation and sustainable development of government-guaranteed housing programs.For example,for middle and low-income families who have the ability to purchase a house but have a high proportion of housing expenses to income,the US government encourages them to buy a house through housing guarantees and low-interest loans to increase the housing ownership rate of the middle and low-income group and achieve "housing for all." For extremely low-income families who cannot afford to purchase a house,the US government provides public housing and rent subsidies to ensure they have a place to live.For low-income groups with special needs such as the disabled,the US government provides preferential policies such as guaranteed housing and housing tax subsidies.This article aims to analyze the evolution of the US housing security system through literature research.It will focus on dissecting the composition and content system of the US housing security system,and analyze the problems and experiences of the current system.This will provide reference and inspiration for the reform and development of China’s housing security system.
