On July 20,2021,the Central Propaganda Department,the Central Civilization Office,the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,the Organization Department of the Central Committee,the National Supervision Commission,the Ministry of Education,and the All China Women’s Federation issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Family Ethics in Family Education".On January 1,2022,the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China was implemented.It is self-evident that the country pays attention to family education.In reality,influenced by traditional ideas,the construction of family education still depends mainly on the government.Due to the limited functions of the government,there are certain deficiencies and weaknesses in management,which fail to give full play to the maximum benefits.Although the collaborative governance of family,school and community has been proposed,and family education guidance services for infants and young children have emerged in various places,there are still problems such as insufficient professional family education guidance services and insufficient establishment of the collaborative education mechanism of the home community in the process of large-scale implementation and operation.In addition,under the new situation of normalization of the epidemic,information platforms are used to provide professional family education services,It also brings new challenges and opportunities to the public governance of family education.This thesis combines the actual situation under the new situation,with the help of the public governance theory,gives play to the advantages of the participation of the government,kindergarten,society,family and other multiple subjects,promotes the innovative development of contemporary family education,and achieves new achievements in family education.At present,China’s multi-subject participation in family education is still in the exploration stage.This thesis takes YC City as an example,and takes the multi-subject participation as the research basis to explore the research path of family education construction under the new situation.First,the thesis integrates the exploration value,environment and theme,the exploration strategy and innovation points in detail,and explains the relevant concepts and theories.Starting with the literature review at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the research on infant family education at home and abroad,and develops ideas for the participation of multiple subjects in the construction of family education in China.Secondly,through methods such as literature analysis,investigation and research,case analysis,and system analysis,this study takes the problems in the construction of family education for infants and young children in YC City as an example,and analyzes them from the perspectives of government,society,families,kindergartens,and other aspects.With the help of individual cases,this study explores the specific practical strategies of family education at the grassroots level under the participation of multiple subjects.Once again,from a small perspective,analyze the typical practices of providing related services for family education of infants and young children in advanced regions such as Beijing,and Shanghai in China,explore the advanced experience and difficulties faced by multiple subjects in family education in China,and explore the problems and underlying causes of infant and young children’s family education by combining the era background of family education development in China,It is pointed out that infants and young children face difficulties in family education,such as insufficient guidance in family education,inadequate collaborative parenting mechanisms between parents and society,insufficient normative participation of social organizations,and a lack of parental knowledge in parenting.Finally,this article summarizes and sorts out strategies for family education for infants and young children,and concludes that by improving the implementation and implementation of family education related policies,creating an efficient government cooperation mechanism,and expanding the social coverage of family education work,we can further optimize the construction of family education for infants and young children.This can provide reference for the participation of multiple subjects in family education in the new situation.
