Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Elderly Care Service In Zhuanghe

In the 21 st century,the aging of China’s population is becoming increasingly serious,and the problem of population aging is becoming increasingly prominent.How to deal with the problem of old-age care brought about by the aging of the population,so that the elderly can live a high-quality and high-level old age,has become a common challenge for aging countries around the world.At present,China is facing special national conditions such as a large base of the elderly population,a rapid growth rate of aging,and the first to grow old before getting rich.Therefore,the government has elevated the construction of the cause of the elderly to the national strategic level,and governments at all levels,from the central to the local level,have attached great importance to the development of the cause of the elderly.Practice has proved that the community pension model has become an effective pension model,which integrates the original family pension service with the modern social pension service,which can meet the needs of the elderly in all aspects and meet the needs of the elderly in China.Although community elderly care has achieved some results after continuous development in recent years,due to the limited development level of community elderly care services,it needs to be further improved to meet the diversified pension needs of the elderly.This paper studies the problem of urban community elderly care in Zhuanghe City from the perspective of public management,and analyzes the causes of the problems faced in the current community elderly care service in Zhuanghe City,and proposes relevant solutions to the causes.At the theoretical level,it is a supplement to the existing research results on community elderly care services,which is conducive to improving the theoretical knowledge of community elderly care services.At the practical level,it can provide a reference for further improving the current development status of community elderly care services in Zhuanghe City and improving the level of community elderly care services in Zhuanghe.Based on the working methods,management systems implemented,and practical examples adopted in Zhuanghe City’s urban community elderly care service work,this paper elaborates on many problems faced by Zhuanghe in community elderly care services,such as the unmet demand for diversified elderly care services,the shortage of funds for community elderly care services,the low degree of diversified development of community elderly care services,and the low degree of specialization of community elderly care practitioners.The root causes mainly include the single content of community elderly care services,the single source of funds for community elderly care services,the insufficient role of social organizations,and the lack of professional community elderly care practitioners.Therefore,on the basis of fully learning and drawing on the relatively advanced and perfect community elderly care management systems,methods and methods in six areas,including Washington,D.C.,London,Tokyo,Anhui Province,Haidian District of Beijing and Xi’an of Shaanxi Province,this paper puts forward rationalization suggestions on optimizing community elderly care services,broadening the funding channels for community elderly care services,taking multiple measures to promote the participation of social organizations in community elderly care,and building a professional community elderly care practitioner team.Strive to effectively promote the efficient and steady development of community elderly care management and service in Zhuanghe City,and ultimately achieve the important goal of improving the level of community elderly care services in Zhuanghe.
