| With the gradual emergence of an aging society,the demand for social endowment services continues to grow.Fujian Province’s population aging and its pension problems are the same as the whole country’s.The traditional family pension and institutional pension service models have been unable to solve the contradictions between supply and demand brought about by population aging.At present,we want to solve the problem of diversified pension services brought about by population aging in Fujian Province,in addition to continuing to develop family pension and institutional pension services.In addition to institutional pension services,various measures should be taken to promote the rapid development of community home-based pension services in Fujian province.The article points out the problems of home care service in Fujian community,including insufficient supporting policies and regulations,imperfect infrastructure,imperfect evaluation mechanism of home-based care services,lack of professional management and nurses,relatively single channels of fund-raising,and comparative education and cultural services in home-based care services.As a result of lagging behind,specialized social service organizations cannot meet their needs.By drawing lessons from the new mode and advanced experience of the development of home-based care services in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Jiangsu,we believe that Fujian civil affairs departments should do a good job in top-level design,formulate special supporting policies and regulations,take various measures to train professional service personnel,actively build home-based care volunteer service team,and promote capital.Market socialization of fund raising,establishment and improvement of effective service evaluation mechanism,through the formulation of incentive policies to promote more relevant social organizations to provide professional support for community home care services. |
