Objective:To explore the relationship between motor cortex and vertical jump by EEG information technology through the intervention of Halo sport2 transcranial direct current stimulation earphone and Pap alone.Methods:the subjects were 29 male college students from physical training college of Beijing Sport University.Each subject carried out four experiments:control,PAP,Halo sport2,Halo sport2*PAP,with an interval of 48 hours.Both Halo sport2 and Halo sport2*PAP received 20 minutes of Halo sport2 for central stimulation(current intensity was 2.2 MA).In the treatment of PAP and Halo sport2*PAP,the traditional post activation enhancing effect protocol(repeated 5 times of 90%1RM weight-bearing half squat,intermittent 1 min)was needed.EEG was recorded before and after each experiment,and 10-to-5 repeated jump test was measured after the experiment.Results:1.Compared with control,Halo sport2,PAP and Halo sport2*PAP significantly increased the vertical jump height(P<0.05);In addition,after treatment with Halo sport2 and Halo sport2*PAP,the peak power increased and the touchdown time decreased(P<0.05).Although there were differences among Halo sport2,Halo sport2*PAP and Pap intervention conditions,they did not reach significant level.2.Changes of the left central area(C3)and frontal lobe area(FP2)of Halo sport 2 β Frequency band and frontal lobe(FP1)and temporal lobe(T3)of left hemisphereαThere were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The left frontal lobe(FP1),right parietal lobe(P4)and temporal lobe(T4)of Halo sport2*Pap β There were significant differences in frequency band and control ratio,and the frequency band in P4 was higher than that in Halo sport2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between Halo sport2 and pap;Comparison of Halo sport2,PAP and Halo sport2*Papθ Frequency band and δ The percentage of frequency band EEG power was lower than that of control,but there was no statistical difference.There was no significant difference among the three treatments.Conclusion:1.Halo sport2,PAP and Halo sport2*PAP treatment conditions have significant effects on vertical jump performance(P<0.05);There was interaction between Halo sport2 and PAP,and Halo sport2 was the main effect.The results showed that the contribution of three treatments was Halo sport2*PAP>Halo sport2>PAP.2.The results of EEG showed that the main brain areas were frontal lobe(FP1,FP2),temporal lobe(T3),central region(C3)and parietal lobe(P4).This brain area is just the adjacent brain area of M1 area stimulated by Halo sports2 transcranial direct current stimulation earphone.It also shows that the use of Halo sports2 earphone can stimulate the central cerebral cortex,and then enhance the fine motor control and vertical jump performance,which can be combined with training practice. |
