Objective: Anhedonia is a key feature of some mental disorders, such as major depression and schizophrenia.both ICD-10 and DSM-5 use anhedonia as a predictor of poor outcomes in patients with depression.Individuals with anhedonia have reduced their ability to assess costs and benefits, and their decision-making behaviors related to reward have declined.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is a non-invasive neuromodulation technology that achieves intervention effects by regulating synaptic plasticity in the target brain region and its respective subcortical circuits. This study used the Iowa game test and the event-related potential technique to observe the decision-making ability of individuals with anhedonia.Intervention of OFC targets through cathodic transcranial direct current stimulation, and observation of the decision-making ability of individuals with anhedonia and the effect of intervention on anhedonia and depression Method: Study 1: Using Iowa game test to evaluate decision-making ability.A total of36 subjects in the high-analgesia group and 24 people in the low-analgesia group were collected. At the same time,event-related potential tests were performed.Study 2: A total of 25 subjects with anhedonia were enrolled, and 14 were randomly assigned to the true stimulation group and 11 to the false stimulation group. The true stimulus group received cathodic tDCS to intervene in the OFC target, using 2m A current for 20 minutes each time.Stimulate continuously for 10 days. The pseudostimulation group received pseudostimulation intervention with the same parameters.Scales and event-related potential measurements were performed before and after the intervention. The subjects were assessed for anhedonia symptoms, depression, and decision-making ability. The analgesia scale was assessed using the Time Experience Pleasure Scale, and the depression mood was assessed using the Baker Depression Scale.Decision-making ability was assessed using the Iowa Game Test.Results:(1)Study 1 The IGT score of the high-analgesia group was significantly higher than that of the low-analgesia group. In terms of event-related potential components, the interaction type of P3 wave and the group had a significant interaction effect(P<0.05),the peak interaction task of N1 wave and the group had a significant interaction effect(P <0.05),and the interaction effect of the feedback type and group was significant(P <0.05).The main effect of N1 wave latency group was significant(P<0.05).The beta component experimental task had significant interaction with the group(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference between FRN wave and theta component results(P> 0.05).(2)Study 2.There was no statistical difference in the TEPS score between the true stimulation group and the false stimulation group before and after intervention(P> 0.05).The BDI score of the true stimulus group was significantly different from that before the intervention(P <0.05).The results of the sham stimulation group before and after the intervention were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).In terms of decision-making ability, the difference between the true and false stimulation groups before and after the intervention was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The results of event-related potentials showed that the type of P3 wave feedback and the interaction between groups in the true stimulus group were significant(P <0.05).The main effect of the group was significant(P <0.05).The main effect of FRN wave group was significant(P <0.05),and the interaction effect between experimental task and group was close to significant. The main effect of the N1 wave group was significant(P <0.05),the main effect of the N1 latency group was significant(P <0.05),and the interaction between the Theta component experimental task and the group was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion : There is an abnormality in the decision-making process of college students with anhedonia. After HD-tDCS intervention, the feedback processing ability was improved.
