Construction And Empirical Research On The 6-14 Years Old Competition System Of Football Youth Training Program Of Beijing Sport University

The outline for building a strong country in sports,published by the State Council General Office in September 2019,stresses that the establishment of a modern competition system with Chinese characteristics is one of the important tasks of the youth sports development promotion project.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,amateur sports schools are shrinking and the number of students is decreasing.In 2019,under the guidance and strong support of the youth department of the General Administration of Sport,Beijing Sports University was responsible for coordinating the training of youth reserve soccer talents in 29 sports schools and martial arts schools across the country.Through the orientation and cross-border selection of talent and other ways to constantly expand the pool of talent and select outstanding Football Talent Reserve.The cross-item selection project has been carried out for nearly three years,but through investigation,it was found that at present,the teams of the Martial Arts schools of the sports schools lack the opportunity to participate in the competition.Most of the competitions are mainly held in the schools,and only a few teams take part in the competitions in the cities and provinces,the chances of playing in a national tournament are slim to none.Therefore,how to construct and build its competition platform has become one of the important problems that need to be solved urgently.This thesis is based on general system theory and sports competition.The research of this thesis is based on the construction of the 6-14 year old football youth training program of Beijing Sport University as the research object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,Field investigation methods and other research methods are used to investigate and analyze sports school martial arts competitions.Based on the experience of competition systems in developed countries,combined with the actual situation of sports schools martial arts schools,a"horizontal connection of campus football,series of football associations and social series of competitions,vertical The 6-14 year-old competition system of the Beijing Sport University football youth training program runs through all age groups.The conclusions of this research are as follows:1.There are many kinds of competitions in China,but there are few competitions in the young age.The main problems are that there are few opportunities,lack of competition platform and insufficient competition resources.2.In order to better construct the 6-14-year-old competition system of the Football Youth Training Program of Beijing Sport University,from the theoretical point of view,the competition system of 6-14-year-old youth soccer program in Beijing Sport University is composed of five elements:competition goal,organization structure,Resource Guarantee,organization mode and competition evaluation.According to the above five elements,a 6-14-year-old competition system of youth soccer program of Beijing University of physical education is constructed.3.At present,the level of the athletes participating in the Youth Cup of North Sports is quite different,the competition methods and qualifications need to be standardized and clear,the rules and regulations of the competition need to be relatively tight and the operation needs to be improved,the problems of the referees in enforcing the law and the overall level of the competition should be improved,the competition evaluation system has yet to be established.4.The development strategy of the 6-14-year-old competition system of Beijing Sport University:strengthen the clear competition target;strengthen the authority and jurisdiction function of the organization;Actively supervise the development of regional competitions and intramural competitions;set up evaluation indexes to evaluate the competitive ability and competition style of each school.Physical Fitness Test,build a database of physical fitness,scientific assessment of athletes,create a good competition environment,the establishment and formation of China’s influential youth competition platform.
