| Research purposes:by investigating the injury status of U15 football players and combining with sports risk screening, this paper explores the threshold of injury risk in this age group,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the prevention of sports injury of young football players and scientific training in the future.Research methods:FMS test method and data statistics method were used.In this paper,129 U15 football players(115 boys and 14 girls)from China Football college were screened for functional movements in seven events, and their sports injuries were investigated by questionnaire. The total score of FMS is analyzed by spss25.0 to explore the relationship between U15 football players and FMS.The results are as follows:(1)the sports injuries of U15 football players mainly occur in the lower limbs and waist, and the most vulnerable parts are ankle joint and knee joint.(2)There is a significant difference in the FMS score between the injured and healthy athletes. The FMS score of the injured athletes is lower than that of the healthy athletes.(3)The total score of FMS is 14.5,which is the threshold of sports injury of U15 football players.(4)The overall development of U15 football players in the test is relatively balanced, and the trunk rotation stability and straight bow and arrow squat are slightly insufficient. The test scores of squat and straight bow and arrow squat have predictive value for the risk of sports injury.(5)There is no significant difference between male and female players, main players and substitutes, training years of U15 football players in FMS score. However, there are significant differences in FMS scores among athletes in different competition positions. |
