Great changes have taken place in the structure of modern football matches,which is developing towards the trend of high intensity and fast rhythm.During the game,a soccer player may perform about 1,400 short periods of maximum or near-maximum intensity exercise,including sprints,swerves,jumps,shots and other activities related to lower limb explosive power.In recent years,it has been found in studies that in the warm-up stage,high-intensity muscle contraction can induce the activation of Type II muscle fibers,thus improving the performance of subsequent explosive sports.This phenomenon is called post-activation potentiation(PAP),and this efficient warm-up method has become the most popular choice before competition.Purposes: based on the enhanced effect "after" activation for the thesis aims to explore through design practice of load between different groups of lower limb muscle activation enhancement effect,after the analysis of design enabled enhancement effect between different groups on football players of the impact of lower limbs explosive effect,in order to promote football athletes lower limbs explosive combination of warm up and training methods provide new thinking.Methods: Cross experiment was conducted on 18 male football players in Hunan Normal University football team.Subjects were given 30 meter sprint and squat jump(SJ)tests at 4 intervals of 3,6,9 and 12 minutes after practice after3*80%1RM squats in 1 group,3*80%1RM in 2 groups and 3*80%1RM in 3 groups.Related test data were obtained.Research conclusions:(1)In the study of post-activation enhancement effect,three different experimental designs can produce acute enhancement effect.(2)When carrying out the load-bearing intensity of 3*80%1RM,with two or three groups of squatting and lifting activation exercises,and the best activation effect was produced at 12 min,the squatting and jumping performance can be improved,and the activation effect is better when it is necessary to warm up at the corresponding position for more high-altitude balls(such as goalie).(3)3*80%1RM load-bearing intensity,combined with three groups of squat-lift activation exercise,can improve the performance of 5-meter,10-meter and30-meter sprint running,and when the best activation effect occurs at 9min,the gluteus maximus has the strongest timing effect at this time point.(4)The inter-group design is 3 groups of 3*80%1RM,which is the best scheme for PAP exercise.
