| Research purposes:integrated neuromuscular training is a kind of comprehensive training which aims at improving sports performance and preventing sports injury,including general basic functional movement training and specific strength,enhanced training,speed,sensitivity and balance.At present,the training method has been widely used in the field of improving athletes’ competitive ability and sports injury prevention.However,there is no in-depth research on the theory,empirical and practical application of integrated neuromuscular training in China.In order to better serve the development needs of youth football in China,this paper studies the effective and safe way to recover the basic sports quality and special sports ability of athletes who can not participate in systematic training for a long time due to the epidemic.This study aims to explore the comprehensive effect of integrated neuromuscular training on improving the special sports ability of U17 male football players in the preparation period,hoping to pro vide new ideas for improving the special sports ability of players in the preparation period.Research methods:18 U17 male football players of the age of U17 and the age of 04 in China Football Institute were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group(9 players)and the control group(9 players)by SPSS.The subjects in the experimental group were given integrated neuromuscular training three times a week,80 minutes each time,for a total of six weeks on the basis of still participating in the football special training course;the subjects in the control group were given intervention training of traditional physical training course three times a week on the basis of still participating in the football special training course.Before and after 6 weeks of training intervention,the exercise ability and special ability of the experimental group and the control group were tested respectively.The motor ability test includes:vertical jump test,(VJ)the tester uses ezejump Australia intelligent motion analysis system;uses smart speed system speed tester to measure the speed of 30 meters;uses the maximum strength prediction formula:1RM=(repeat times ×0.0338+0.9849)× repeat weight to test the maximum strength of the athletes’ bench push and neck squat;tests the distance of the athletes’ left and right leg side jump.The special ability test includes:the test of throw distance of out of bounds ball;the test of strain speed combined with the ball;the test of left and right foot fixed point kick distance;the test of 25m mobile pass and receive ball;the test of short pass stability.Spss26.0 software was used to analyze the pre-test and post test of EG group and CG group.Paired sample t-test was used within the group,and independent sample t-test was used between the groups.Research results:the results show that after six weeks of integrated neuromuscular training intervention,the two groups of athletes’ sports ability and special ability have different degrees of influence(table 6-table 17).(1)the results of pre-test and post test of EG group and CG group were analyzed by paired sample t-test.The results showed that the integrated neuromuscular training and traditional strength training course had significantly improved the athletes’ sports level in each test,and the pre-test and post test results of EG group in the left direction of arrow sensitivity test(AAT left direction)had significant difference There is a very significant difference(P<0.01),which indicates that after the intervention,the post test results of EG group are significantly improved compared with the front test results,while the post test and pre-test results of CG group show that P is less than 0.05 by paired sample t-test,the difference is significant.Compared with the traditional strength training course,the effect of integrated neuromuscular training is better.(2)there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post test results of EG group(P<0.01),It shows that after the intervention,the post test scores of EG group are significantly improved compared with the front test scores,while the post test and pre-test scores of CG group are significantly improved compared with the traditional strength training course,and the paired sample t test shows that P is less than 0.05,with significant difference.(3)there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post test results of left leg lateral jump in eg group(P<0.01),It shows that after the intervention,the post test scores of EG group have been significantly improved compared with the front test scores,while the post test and pre-test scores of CG group have been significantly improved compared with the traditional strength training course,and the paired sample t test shows that P is less than 0.05,with significant difference.Research conclusion:six weeks of integrated neuromuscular training for U17 age male football players is an effective way to improve the sports ability,and has a positive impact on the special sports ability of U17 age male football players. |
