| Objective to explore and compare the differences of Wushu participation motivation and self-identity between Wushu specialty students and major students in Beijing.This paper analyzes the causes of the differences,puts forward the strategies to stimulate and maintain their positive motivation and self-identity of Wushu participation,and explores whether comprehensive colleges are more suitable for high-level Wushu athletes or professional sports colleges are more conducive to their development.by exploring the participation motivation and self-identity of martial arts specialty students and major students of different gender,grade and sports level in Beijing universities,we can better take targeted measures in teaching,improve the positive participation motivation of martial arts specialty students and major students,and help them build a good sense of self-identity,It also provides theoretical reference for school physical education and mental health education.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,interview and literature to investigate the students who are specialized in Wushu and those who are good at Wushu.Using SPSS software,the data are analyzed by descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and variance analysis,obtained the following research results:(1)the level of internal motivation and identification principle of Wushu major students is higher than that of Wushu specialty students;(2)The motivation level of martial arts specialty girls is higher than that of martial arts major girls;(3)The average value of self-identity of Wushu major students is higher than that of Wushu specialty students,there is no significant difference between the two.According to the research results,the corresponding analysis is carried out,the following research conclusions are drawn.In terms of motivation for martial arts:(1)Wushu major students have a clearer understanding of the role of practicing Wushu in improving their own quality and promoting their own development.They want to continue to learn more Wushu knowledge and skills,and have a more positive attitude towards sports,hoping to achieve greater results in the field of sports;(2)Part of the martial arts specialty girls’ enthusiasm for martial arts has weakened.In terms of self-identification:(1)The self-identity of Wushu specialty students and major students is in the forming stage;(2)Wushu major students can more objectively understand and evaluate themselves,correctly deal with the problems in their daily study,training and life,more recognize their abilities in learning,technology,interpersonal communication and so on,and have more clear plans for their study,training and life.According to the research conclusions,corresponding suggestions are put forward.In terms of motivation for martial arts:(1)It is suggested that teachers should adopt diversified teaching measures in teaching to stimulate the potential of martial arts students,improve their training effects,and stimulate and maintain their active motivation to participate in martial arts;(2)The school should continue to provide corresponding incentive mechanism in the aspects of money and material,credit,employment and research guarantee,so as to improve the motivation level of Wushu major students in the principle of identification;(3)For Wushu specialty students,in the arrangement of training time,we should try our best to avoid the conflict between training and learning time.In terms of self-identification:(1)teachers are suggested to encourage more martial arts students in the teaching process,strengthen their learning in professional skills,so as to enhance their professional learning ability and technical ability,and enhance their self-confidence;(2)In the formulation of learning and training plan,Wushu specialty students should combine their own actual situation to make the plan,which is helpful to develop their own good mentality;(3)Schools should pay enough attention to the mental health of Wushu specialty students,and give them psychological education in time when problems arise;(4)The school should actively carry out the course of employment guidance,broaden the employment path of Wushu specialty students.For the students who want to work in the direction of martial arts in the future,they should be recommended to practice in sports related majors,so that they can realize the direction they can work in.For students with other ideals and goals,we can also make other employment suggestions,so that they can see the hope. |
