| The 2019-2020 season of the CBA League is an extraordinary season.Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic,46 rounds of the regular season were originally scheduled for this season,and 30 rounds of matches were played before the suspension(Xinjiang and Qingdao each played 29 rounds).After the rematch,due to the epidemic,many foreign players were unable to return to the CBA arena as scheduled and had to adopt the all-China team to play.This is for us to study how to properly and rationally use foreign aid policies to improve the league’s influence and develop domestic basketball.The role of reserve talents provides an excellent test environment.Through this research,explore how to deal with the relationship between the use of foreign aid and the cultivation of domestic reserve talents to provide certain theoretical reference and reference.This article takes the impact of changes in foreign aid in the 2019-2020 season CBA league on the team as the research object.It adopts the method of documentary data,video observation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.After the rematch,the eight CBA teams that played in the Chinese class are used.Research is based on match data and player data.The aim is to find out that the addition of foreign aid will promote the steady development of my country’s CBA league through comparative analysis of the impact of foreign aid changes on the team,while also achieving the goal of cultivating and exercising our country’s basketball reserve talents.It hopes to provide a certain theoretical reference for the management staff of the Chinese Basketball Association and the coaches of various CBA teams to rationally use foreign aid and domestic players.Analysis conclusion:1.The changes of foreign aid before and after the second round of the 2019-2020 CBA League have different degrees of impact on the team,which are reflected in the team lineup,team tactics,team winning rate,league ranking and domestic players.The direct influence of the change of foreign aid is reflected in the team tactics and the performance of domestic players,and the indirect influence is reflected in the change of league ranking.2.The lack of foreign aid results in the decline of the team’s comprehensive strength,and then changes the team’s gain and loss points.After the second round,the average gain and loss points of Shandong,Guangxia,Zhejiang,Qingdao,Shanxi,Shenzhen,Sichuan and Tianjin teams are lower than those before the second round.The lack of foreign aid makes the overall competitive level of CBA League decline,resulting in the change of team ranking.3.The influence of foreign aid on the team’s offensive tactics is shown in the changes of the average use times of fast attack tactics,connecting attack tactics and positional attack tactics;The influence of foreign aid on the team’s defensive tactics is shown in the number of fouls and the change of team fouls,but the influence is not obvious.4.The lack of foreign aid has little influence on the teams with good reserve,the team performance is stable and improved,and it has great influence on the teams with poor reserve,and the ranking drops obviously.The teams most affected by foreign aid are Shandong team and Zhejiang team.The lack of foreign aid has a negative impact on Shandong team.The foreign aid of Shandong team is not conducive to the growth of reserve talents,but has a positive impact on Zhejiang team.The foreign aid of Zhejiang team is conducive to the growth of reserve talents.5.The formulation of foreign aid policy involves five factors:the number of foreign aid teams can register,the number of players,the number of sessions,the schedule and the foreign aid from Asia.According to the different development periods of CBA League,combined with the actual situation,the foreign aid policy should keep changing with the development of CBA League. |
