The training means and training load arrangement are the most important factorswhich affect competition state of athlete before the major competition. This article is majortalk about the rationality of the training means and training load arrangement of the suzhou city sprint group of jiang su province athletic team before competition. For examplethe champion of the11th national games Lu Bin.Using the law of documents and materials, the case law, the law of interview andinvestigation analyzing the training before the11th national games, which includingtraining period arrangement, training means, training load and body states. Drawingfollowing conclusions:1. the are three training phases consistent of before competition,which are intensivetraining phase, consolidation training phase and pre-competition phase;2.There are difference aspects which particular emphasis on between three trainingphases pre-competition. The phase of intensive training emphasis on enhance of entiretycapability and the connection of difference capability. The phase of consolidation trainingemphasis on the enhance of capability of sprint; the phase of pre-competition emphasis onthe perfection of rhythm of whole course run;3. The physical training of pre-competition. The phase of intensive training emphasison the balance development of the strength of truncus and the part of small muscles. Thephase of consolidation training emphasis on the balance of development of the strength ofcore, truncus and all of small muscles. the phase of pre-competition emphasis on maintainthe strength of sprint;4. There are different in arrangement of pre-competition. The phase of intensivetraining emphasis on the training of physical fitness and positive recover. the phase ofconsolidation training emphasis on the development of sprint capability and the perfectionof technical. the phase of pre-competition emphasis on enhance of the state of fitness and perfection of integrity of technical;5. There are different in three phases of pre-competition. The change of training loadof weeks is low-medium-high during the phase of consolidation training. The change oftraining load of weeks is high-medium-low during the phases of intensive training andpre-competition. The change of maximum load of weeks are medium-high-low in the threephases of pre-competition;6. The change of CK is medium-high-low, which is relation with the change of theload of strength training. The change of BUN is medium-high-low, which is relation withthe change of the load of strength training. The change of T and C are slower than CK andBUN.
