Investigation On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Basic Extensive Education Resources

The release of The Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan marks that my country’s education informatization 1.0 era has entered the 2.0 era.Educational resources,as the main breakthrough point in the advancement of educational informatization,will also be given a new historical mission.In the new era,educational resources are gradually transforming into extensive educational resources.The extensive educational resources are not only an extension of the boundaries of educational resources,but also a dynamic educational resource system formed by the integration of smart technology and innovative mechanisms.The construction and development of extensive educational resources have become an important goal in the development of education informatization.This research is based on the development direction of education informatization formulated by the Chinese government and the research of researchers on the related content of education resources.In order to fully understand the status quo of the construction of basic extensive educational resources,deeply explore of the problems existing in the construction of extensive resources for basic education,this research aims to promote the effective construction of extensive resources,and will provide empirical evidence for the formulation and implementation of future development plans for extensive educational resources.First of all,this research summarizes the research status and related theories of digital educational resources and public service platforms for educational resources,proposes the definition of extensive educational resources through scientific and technological literature research,policy report research and other methods,and sorts out the 12 characteristics of extensive educational resources,in order to provide a theoretical basis for related research on extensive educational resources.Secondly,this research takes the basic extensive education resources as the starting point,regards the digital educational resources public service system and the educational resources public service platform as the research objects,and designs and develops the platform survey coding table around platform construction,platform services,resource construction and other aspects.Through scientific and technological literature analysis,policy report analysis,investigation and research,etc.,174 public service platforms for educational resources have been thoroughly investigated,and a large amount of platform data has been collected in an all-round way.Then,carry out surveys on platform construction,platform services,resource construction,etc.,organize and analyze the collected data,,to comprehensively and systematically reflect the current situation of the construction of educational resources.Studies have shown that the current my country’s the basic extensive education resources construction has achieved significant results,and regional construction needs to develop in a balanced and interconnected manner;platform basic services are relatively complete,and intelligent and community service support needs to be strengthened;resource construction application efficiency is not good,and related mechanisms and technologies need to be improved.Finally,on the basis of discovering the status quo of the basic extensive education resources construction,this research puts forward a reference countermeasure for the existing problems of the basic extensive education resources from the three aspects of platform construction,platform service and resource construction in view of the existing problems and deficiencies:In terms of platform construction,the government needs guide the improvement of the platform’s public service environment and strengthen the integration of the service system;in terms of platform services,it provides comprehensive platform support services to enhance application experience;in terms of resource construction,innovate resource-related mechanisms to improve the sharing and applicability of educational resources.After that,this article also proposes specific strategies for the existing problems in the construction of the basic extensive education resources from the above three aspects,aiming to provide practical guidance for the construction of the extensive education resources.
