As teachers in the teaching process,their teaching value orientation influenced by gender concepts plays a decisive role in the cultivation of students’ correct gender concepts and awareness.As a student-oriented and teacher-led classroom,physical education and other subjects have significant differences in teaching methods,teaching venues,and teacher-student interaction.Therefore,the gender role orientation revealed by physical education teachers in teaching has a more profound impact on young people who are developing gender role cognition.This paper investigates and researches the physical ability and interest value orientation,healthy behavior and habit value orientation,sports morality and will quality value orientation of middle school physical education teachers through the literature method and investigation method,and finds that the teaching value orientation and behavior selection of male and female teachers are reflected There are varying degrees of gender differences.Aiming at the main differences,the article analyzes gender differences,gender role factors,and gender system factors,and draws the following conclusions:1.Generally speaking,the three teaching value orientations of teachers are more evenly distributed.The standard of sports core literacy fits well.Among them,the value orientation of sports morality of physical education teachers is higher than that of healthy behavior and higher than that of sports ability.2.Teachers’ professional ability has gender role deviation:male teachers are more inclined to rough,strength-type,and confrontational sports,while female teachers are more inclined to soft and stretch sports.3.Gender differences reflected in teaching activities:male teachers pay more attention to the training of athletic ability in the abstract and spiritually hope to teach students a sense of social responsibility;while female teachers pay attention to the development of specific and diversified teaching practices to cultivate students’ physical ability and practice by themselves Supervise students to complete homework.4.Differences in gender status and personality characteristics are reflected in teaching activities:male teachers have strict classroom discipline,and definitively summarize classroom learning tasks,and communicate with students less;female teachers have more open classroom discipline and classroom feedback is more targeted to students Personal classroom performance is evaluated,and there is more communication with students.Based on the conclusions,the following three suggestions are made:1.Add a gender education part in teacher education and establish a correct gender concept;2.The professional quality of physical education teachers needs to dilute the traditional gender role division;3.In physical education teaching,enrich students’ gender temperament defects,Develop diversified education methods.
