| Innovation-driven development has risen to the strategic height of our country.Relevant documents point out that it is necessary to take improving innovation capability as a national strategy and implement it in various industries and regions.China pays great attention to the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,and strives to build an efficient and coordinated national innovation system.At the same time,the regionalization of economic development makes the region gradually become an important foundation for economic development,and the regional independent innovation capability is the decisive factor for the region to gain competitive advantage.Constantly enhancing the regional independent innovation capability and fundamentally improving its competitiveness has become the key to promoting regional development.Therefore,scholars have paid more attention to regional innovation and development in recent years.At present,an important part of regional innovation system is the innovation system formed by enterprises,universities and research institutions,that is,industry-university-research cooperation and collaborative innovation,which is an important way for each subject and region to obtain innovative development,which can not only improve performance,but also promote new output.This innovative idea provides a good space for cooperation leverage,and is also an important way to realize heterogeneous innovation resource integration.In addition,industry-university-research collaborative innovation is an important bridge connecting technology with market and promoting science and technology.So,based on the development status of collaborative innovation,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the influencing factors and effects of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research institute on regional innovation performance.From the previous studies,scholars mostly study the impact of industryuniversity-research collaboration on regional innovation from the perspective of innovation system theory,or start from a certain path that industry-university-research collaboration affects regional innovation,ignoring its internal mechanism.Therefore,based on regional innovation system theory,synergy theory and triple helix theory,this paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between industry-university-research collaboration and regional innovation performance.On this basis,this paper analyzes the path of industry-university-research collaboration innovation affecting regional innovation performance,and obtains the main influencing paths: technology transfer,cooperative development and talent transfer;Finally,taking three paths as the main research direction,using the relevant data of 29 provinces and cities in China from2008 to 2018,combining spatial Durbin model(SDM)and fixed effect model,using Stata15.0 statistical analysis software for empirical analysis,this paper examines the effect of industry-university-research collaborative innovation on regional innovation performance and the regulatory effect of government support.Through the research,this paper finally draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between technology transfer and regional innovation performance.In the three dimensions,the investment of human resources,capital and other innovative elements in research institutions for technology development,technology diffusion and enterprise technology absorption can promote regional innovation,and the promotion of technology development and technology absorption is more obvious;In addition,the influence of technology transfer on regional innovation has a time effect,and it takes a certain time for enterprises to absorb technology until the innovation results become market-oriented,which has a certain lag effect on the promotion of regional innovation,and its influence coefficient gradually increases with the increase of time.(2)Different forms of cooperative development can promote regional innovation,and their promoting effects are from strong to weak: university-enterprise cooperative development,scientific research institution-enterprise cooperative development,and university-scientific research institution cooperative development.(3)Talent training and talent output can significantly promote the improvement of regional innovation performance,and the promotion of talent training is stronger than talent output;From the perspective of the promotion effect of talents at different levels on regional innovation,the effect from strong to weak is: graduate students in scientific research institutions,graduate students in universities and college students.(4)Under the three paths,government support plays a positive role in regulating the impact of industry-university-research collaborative innovation on regional innovation performance.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects: synergy awareness and synergy mechanism,talent training,government support,and positive externality of spatial spillover,providing theoretical support and practical reference for relevant departments to better formulate effective policies and regulations,and providing empirical data for further deepening the collaborative innovation of production,education and research,thus promoting regional innovation and economic and social development. |
