In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economic development has entered a new stage,getting rid of the old economic development model in the past,promoting reform with innovation and promoting adjustment with innovation to become the power source for the high-quality development of China's economy.At the same time,China has proposed a variety of reform measures to promote economic development.For example,in recent years,we have attached great importance to the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure,vigorously promoted the supply-side structural reform system,accelerated the pace of the transformation of China's new and old kinetic energy,and promoted development through innovation.As a powerful driving force for enterprise innovation research,the industry-university-research cooperation innovation model has become an important means to promote the development of science and technology innovation and improve China's independent innovation capability in recent years.All units in the cooperation system can give full play to their respective advantages in terms of professionalism.And in the actual production and operation process,it reflects its unique comprehensive advantages.Although the domestic research cooperation has started late,it has shown a strong influence.Efficiency is an important indicator to measure whether a product is high or not.The degree of industrial structure optimization is an important criterion for measuring whether a country's economy is stable and sustainable.Therefore,how effective is my domestic research and innovation? Is there a corresponding difference between different regions? Is there a connection between the innovation efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation and the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure? What kind of connection exists? The above problems have aroused widespread concern in the theory of China's domestic research and innovation cooperation theory practice and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.At present,the research on the innovation efficiency of industry,academia and research and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has been relatively complete,but the literature combining the two is still relatively few.At present,the existing research mainly uses the correlation coefficient and other measurement methods to study the industry-university research within the linear framework.The impact of innovation efficiency on the transformation of industrial structure,but in real life,nonlinearity is the normal state of economic operation.Therefore,it may be more realistic in the framework of nonlinear-based research.This paper firstly consults a large number of relevant literatures to understand the research content and research direction of the innovation efficiency and industrial structure transformation and upgrading of China's domestic research and research cooperation,so as to determine the research ideas and directions of this paper,and finally take 29 provinces and cities in China as the research object,with 2007-Based on the data of the ten years in 2016,the data envelopment analysis method is used to comprehensively measure the innovation efficiency of production,study and research in various provinces and cities,and the non-linear relationship between the innovation efficiency of China's domestic research and research and the upgrading of industrial structure is empirically verified by panel data threshold regression.Analysis,further study the specific impact of the innovation efficiency of domestic research and development on industrial structure upgrading under different threshold variables and different development stages.According to the qualitative and quantitative research results,the innovation efficiency of domestic research and development has achieved steady growth,and the regional differences are relatively obvious.The innovation efficiency of production,education and research in the eastern part of China is significantly higher than that of other regions.In several regions,the production in the western region The comprehensive innovation efficiency of the research and research is relatively low;in general,the rationalization and advanced level of China's industrial structure show a steady improvement;through the regression of panel data,the improvement of the innovation efficiency of China's domestic research and research has a significant impetus to the upgrading of China's industrial structure.The level of innovation,the level of economic development,and the degree of openness have a positive effect on the industrial structure,while the degree of government intervention and financial support have a negative effect on the upgrading of industrial structure;the results of nonlinear threshold regression show that at low economic level,production The innovation efficiency of academic research has a negative effect on the industrial structure.As the level of economic development increases,the negative effect turns into a positive effect,and regardless of the level of financial support,it will positively promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,in the process of economic development,we must continue to strengthen investment in industry-university-research cooperation,and then improve the efficiency of industry-university-research innovation,and carry out targeted policy adjustments based on regional differences in innovation efficiency;the government must continue to improve the efficiency of innovation.Increase investment in scientific research funding,promote industrial structure optimization with efficiency improvement;weaken government behavior through simple decentralization,reduce direct intervention to enterprises,give full play to the market's rational allocation of resources;continue to deepen supply-side structural Reform,more than quantity,pays more attention to the quality of economic development and achieve more efficient allocation of resources.
