With the change of The Times,the growth of the economy and the support of nat ional policies,the tourism industry will have a recovery stage under the trend of the n ormalization of the epidemic.Tourism higher vocational colleges play an important ro le in the training of tourism talents.To provide a variety of professional talents for the development of tourism,mainly to hotels,travel agencies,airlines,high-speed rail dep artments and other tourism-related industries,to train front-line staff who can engage i n the six elements of tourism,such as "food,accommodation,travel,travel,shopping and entertainment".However,affected by the epidemic,not only the tourism industry,but also tourism vocational colleges are not ideal in talent training and employment.They generally face many problems,such as narrow scope of application,high cost of education,limited scale and difficulty in comprehensive development of trainees.Based around Y tourism vocational college talent cultivation system for introduct ion,using literature study,investigation and analysis,questionnaire,inductive deducti ve method as the main research methods,focus on Y tourism vocational college talent cultivation of research,thus it is concluded that the problem,then use inductive meth od of interpretation of Y tourism vocational college talent cultivation optimization co untermeasures.First of all,according to the CIPP evaluation model,this paper analyz es the main problems in the talent training background evaluation of Y Vocational Col lege of Tourism,such as insufficient talent training positioning,insufficient market de mand matching and unsatisfactory enrollment effect.The main problems in input eval uation are weak teaching and training equipment and insufficient financial support.Ma in course system and on the evaluation of the process industry demand matching degr ee is not high,the lack of tourism professional teachers,lack of university-enterprise c ooperation with tourism enterprises,mainly on the evaluation of the results facing stu dents initiative and self-discipline is not high,not lack of career planning counterpart,graduate employment rate is low and graduates lack communication skills.Secondly,combining with the CIPP evaluation model in the background,input,process and resu lts of four dimensions,respectively,puts forward some countermeasures for optimizin g,and combined with the optimization countermeasures of four dimensions,and puts forward Y tourism vocational college talent training system should be established incl uding institutional guarantee,policy support,law support,teachers teaching condition s of security,safeguard measures and guarantee measures of six aspects.
