With the rapid development of the tourism industry, the demand for professionals is also growing quickly. In the paradoxical situation of the demand and supply of professionals, the Shanghai higher vocational colleges of tourism subject train high-quality, skilled personnel for the tourism industry by leading enterprise into the education through school-enterprise cooperation.Today, school-enterprise cooperation has become an important way of cooperative personnel training for Shanghai higher vocational colleges and enterprises. With the development of private higher vocational education, many private colleges also joined the training higher vocational tourism professionals and explored a series of personnel training methods with their relatively flexible mechanism.By way of example, to explore the process of school-enterprise cooperation, Shanghai higher vocational colleges of tourism subject mainly use the "Order" and "2+1" school-enterprise cooperation to develop the practice of personnel training. This paper also describes Shanghai Jiguang Polytechnic College, which the author work in, as the resources much limited private colleges, these years carried out by the "2+1" mode, as an actual experience.By researching and visiting some Shanghai higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises, this paper analyzed the Shanghai higher vocational colleges of tourism subject and tourism enterprises’school-enterprise cooperation and the influencing factors between the cooperation, and summarized in the years experiences and problems encountered in the course of practice.To strengthen the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and tourism enterprises, the government should play the role of guidance and policy support and devote greater efforts to the colleges, especially for some of the best private colleges. Enterprises, colleges, students, society should find the balance point of interest through school-enterprise cooperation to get the multi-win-win "results". The same time, in the process of cooperation, government should take guidance, rules and norms, to protect the interests of all parties. Higher vocational colleges must play an active leading role in the school-enterprise cooperation, to break through the traditional mode of teaching to improve students’ working ability by enhancing the practice of teaching. In addition, through the way of "school-enterprise communities" to explore more effective way to school-enterprise cooperation and train more and higher quality higher vocational tourism professionals for Shanghai.
