Research On The Transformation Of Scientific Research Results And Optimization Of Enterprise Incubation Services In The Science And Technology Park Of Sichuan S Universit

Under the new development pattern of "domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other",promoting the construction of an innovative country has become a national strategy.University science parks integrate five functions,namely,integration of innovative resources,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,incubation of scientific and technological entrepreneurship,cultivation of innovative talents and open and coordinated development,and once again stand at the forefront of the wave of social development.Therefore,how to play the role of bridge and link in Sichuan S University Science Park,do a good job in business incubation,and serve the incubation of innovative technological achievements of the school is not only its own subject,but also the proposition of the times.This paper takes Sichuan S University Science Park as the research object,and takes its achievements transformation and business incubation service management mode as the specific research content.Firstly,it defines the core concepts according to the relevant policies and regulations issued by the state,and then constructs a theoretical framework.It uses interviews and questionnaires to investigate the data of teachers,students and incubating enterprises.The outstanding problems in the management of achievement transformation and business incubation services are found,such as the imperfect system and mechanism,the unclear system and process,the low level of service professionalism,and the lack of project cooperation resources;In business incubation service,the structure of incubation sites needs to be optimized,the supply is insufficient,and the training of enterprise skills needs to focus on marketing,personnel training and other issues.Finally,the causes of the shortcomings in the work are analyzed.Using Enterprise life cycle theory,resource-based theory and service quality management theory as theoretical tools,this paper puts forward five optimization measures and implementation suggestions,including innovating the institutional settings of University Science Park,improving the management system and process construction,strengthening the construction of professional incubation talent team,building the dynamic management system of Science Park,and creating a modular talent training system.It also shared some practical experience in integrating resources and innovative development in the early stage of Sichuan S University Science Park.Through the discussion of the research on the improvement of achievements transformation and enterprise incubation in Science Park of Sichuan S University,this paper hopes to provide optimization schemes and implementation suggestions for improving its service management level and achieving healthy and sustainable development,and also provide reference for similar provincial university science parks in terms of core service capabilities and enterprise development.
