Research On The Performance-Appraising System Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Platform In University Science Park

With the continuous improvement of economic and social development,the developing way of Chinese society is transforming from made in China to create in China,it is an important strength that mass entrepreneurship and innovation drive the change of made in China to create in China.University technology park is a facilitating agency,which is able to contact the university comprehensive advantage intellectual resources and other resources of the society,it is also an important platform of innovative talent training practice,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,combine production and study,hightech incubation,and it is also a bridge and the link of source of knowledge and technological innovation and high-tech technology industrialization,it has become a key link to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in universities and became an important carrier of university achievement transformation.After more than ten years of development,university innovation and entrepreneurship platform of China has made great achievements,but there are still some problems to be solved.This paper aims at the problems existing in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship platform of university science and technology park,the influence factors of platform operation performance and evaluation indexes and methods are discussed from the perspective of system,the research results have important theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy development of innovation and entrepreneurship platform of university science park.In this paper,based on the analysis and review of the related references at home and abroad,first of all,the university of science and technology park innovation platform were summarized,through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship platform of university science park,the main influencing factors of performance appraisal of university science park innovation platform were summarized.On that basis,according to the performance evaluation principle of innovation and entrepreneurship platform of university science park,the evaluation index of performance evaluation was selected.Then,the weights of each index value are determined with analytic hierarchy evaluation method,it is established that the platform for innovation performance evaluation model of university knowledge park,at the same time,the implementation of the performance evaluation and the safeguard mechanism are analyzed.Finally,the innovation and entrepreneurship platform of Harbin University of Technology is study as a research object,the model is used as the empirical research,the feasibility of the performance evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship platform of university science and technology park is verified and analyzes the performance evaluation results of enlightenment.
