| With the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence.which is full of opportunities and challenges.artificial intelligence technology has affected all walks of life in the society.In order to maintain its core competitiveness in science and technology development,our country needs to focus on cultivating a new generation of AI talents who can adapt to and transform the future society.In July 2017,The State Council issued the Development Plan for a New Generation of Artificial Intelligence,encouraging primary and secondary schools to set up Al-related curriculum and promoting programming education gradually.How to carry out artificial intelligence teaching in the field of basic education is the focus of this paper.At present,there are still some problems in artificial intelligence teaching.such as insufficient class hours and unclear teaching practice path.which affect the normal implementation of the course in junior high schools.As a practical and experiential course.the traditional expository method and demonstration of artificial intelligence will occupy precious time in class,which will lead to the shallow mastery of superficial knowledge and poor teaching effect.Therefore,new teaching mode or teaching method is very necessary.Blended teaching mode makes it possible for students to do artificial intelligence curriculum knowledge learning in multiple scenarios,ways and content,which help them improve learning interest and autonomic learning ability through online and offline learning space,helping solve the present stage of artificial intelligence course problems such as lack of class hour and low learning effect at the same time.This study adopts literature research method,quasi-experimental research method.questionnaire method and interview research methods to study the teaching effect of blended teaching mode in junior high school artificial intelligence curriculum.Taking a K junior high school in Hubei Province as the research object,this paper investigates the status quo of artificial intelligence course learning in junior high schools,the conditions of the implementation of blended teaching,and analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of blended teaching according to the status quo.ADDIE teaching model is introduced to construct the teaching design process of artificial intelligence course combined with blended teaching model.The teaching stage of artificial intelligence course based on blended teaching mainly includes online pre-class independent learning and principle experience.offline in-class classroom interactive activities,online after-class achievement sharing and extended learning.According to this teaching design process,a reference artificial intelligence course for junior middle school is provided.Two classes were selected as experimental research objects,one as experimental class and the other as control class.Blended teaching mode was adopted in the experimental class and traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control class.Analyzing the test results,it is founded that the academic achievement and class performance of the experimental classes has improved significantly,thus verified the blended teaching model for students of artificial intelligence course learning effect,learning interest,autonomy,cooperation,innovation is beneficial,and more efficient than the traditional way.To sum up,this study not only effectively improves the teaching effect of artificial intelligence curriculum in schools and develops students’ learning abilities such as autonomous learning,cooperative inquiry and innovative thinking,but also provides practical case for applying blended teaching mode in junior high school artificial intelligence curriculum in junior high schools under the new environment.Through the teaching experiment,the implementation effect of blended teaching is verified,which provides new ideas for the front-line teachers of artificial intelligence curriculum in junior high schools,and also provides certain reference for the blended teaching of other basic education curriculum. |
