| Social emotional ability is an important prerequisite skill for social integration.The development of children’s social emotional ability in early school is marked by children’s ability to understand their own and others’ emotions,express and adjust their own emotions.Autistic children have difficulties in emotional understanding,expression and regulation,which seriously hinder their development of social skills.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene the social emotional ability of autistic children in the critical period of 3-6 years old.In the intervention research on the social emotional ability of autistic children,researchers mainly focus on one aspect of emotional understanding,expression and regulation.There is still a large gap in the comprehensive three aspects of intervention research,which needs further discussion.In recent years,playful thinking has been concerned and valued in the educational circle.Playful teaching has been applied to the intervention training of autistic children,but the relevant research is still scarce.Combined with the advantages of game teaching in improving children’s learning motivation and promoting emotional and social development,it is worth exploring to apply game teaching to improve the social emotional ability of autistic children.This study systematically combed the existing literature,analyzed the research status of the social emotional ability of autistic children and the application status of game teaching in the intervention of autistic children,and explored the effect of game teaching on improving the social emotional ability of autistic children from the perspective of teaching design.Two studies were designed: Study 1 designed a game based teaching program for the social emotional ability of autistic children.According to the development characteristics of social emotional ability of autistic children,the teaching objectives were determined;Combined with the existing teaching model,this paper analyzes the learning characteristics and game characteristics of autistic children,and designs a game based teaching scheme for social emotional ability.On the one hand,it is to enrich the relevant empirical research,on the other hand,it provides specific teaching processes for the second study of social emotional ability intervention.The second study is the intervention study of play based teaching program on the social emotional ability of autistic children.Using the cross subject multi baseline experimental design in the single subject experiment,three autistic children were selected as the research objects,and the teaching was carried out in the order of emotional understanding,emotional expression and emotional regulation.Data were collected by testing,observation and interview,and analyzed to explore the effect of game teaching on the social emotional ability of autistic children.The results show that:(1)game teaching can improve the social emotional ability of autistic children.Through game teaching,autistic children’s ability of emotional understanding,expression and regulation has been improved,which further promotes the development of social communication ability;(2)Game teaching can improve the learning motivation of autistic children.Through game teaching,autistic children’s enthusiasm and initiative in the classroom are improved.The study made the following recommendations:(1)Teaching design pays attention to interest and interaction;(2)Help autistic children build self-confidence to participate in games;(3)Improve the pre skills of game guides;(4)The intervention of social emotional ability should follow the law and start as soon as possible. |
