The number of autism groups is huge,and it shows a trend of increasing year by year.Parents of children with autism have more problems and challenges than common parents in raising and bringing up children.Therefore,they need to learn related professional knowledge and skills in parenting,and enable parents to be effective parents.This is especially important for parents of children with autism.As autistic patients have the characteristics of young age and unhealed life expectancy,their ability to adapt to society can only be improved through rehabilitation,and the rehabilitation of them is a systematic process.Parents as long-term caregivers of autistic children,play a key role in the rehabilitation process of children with autism,but due to they lack of parental skills,thus,they face enormous challenges in the process of parenting.Therefore,their demand for parenting education is very urgent.This dissertation is based on the background of parental education needs of preschool children with autism in Guangzhou KN school,and based on the theory of social support network and ecosystem theory.It uses questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method to deal with pre-school autism.They theoretically explore the content of parent-child education provided by parents to parents of children with autism firstly,and then implement practice of parent-child education in social work through casework,group work,and community work practices.Finally,to explore and find the starting point for social work to engage in family parenting education services for autistic children.And summarize the problems that social workers have in practical exploration and put forward their own suggestions.The writing of this thesis aims to enrich the content of parent-teacher education and provide reference for the practice of parenting education in the field of social work.
