| Since the 21st century,many scholars have combed and studied the physical education syllabus and curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Curriculum evaluation,as an effective means to test teachers’ teaching level and students’ learning effect,has rarely been studied,in particular,there are few in-depth studies on the evaluation of students’ learning.This study uses literature method,text analysis method,logical analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the evolution law and characteristics of the learning evaluation target,evaluation subject,evaluation content and evaluation method of primary school physical education and health curriculum since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,to enrich the theoretical research on physical education learning evaluation in primary schools in our country,and to promote the development of our country’s education in this respect.This study draws the following conclusions:1.In terms of evaluation goals:From 1949 to 1978,the physical education syllabus issued by our country has not yet clearly defined the evaluation objectives.Since 1978 student physical education learning evaluation objectives have changed from testing and evaluating teachers’ teaching to promoting students’ learning and then to a combination of the two.Nowadays,it’s expected to bring good benefits to the teaching level and the society while promoting the individual development of students.2.In terms of the subjects involved in the evaluation:From 1949 to 1992,teachers were the main evaluators in the physical education syllabus,the subject of student evaluation was added to the physical education syllabus and curriculum standards issued from 2000 to 2001,although the curriculum standards issued in 2011 and today encourage others,including parents,to join the learning assessment team,there is lack of specific measures and practical actions to parent evaluation subject.3.In terms of evaluation content:From the structure of the evaluation content,physical education syllabuses issued between 1949 and 1978 focus only on the evaluation of physical skills,the evaluation contents of the physical education syllabus and curriculum standards promulgated from 1987 to 2000 include comprehensive evaluation of physical education class attendance and curriculum performance,basic knowledge,physical and athletic ability,and motor skills.the curriculum standards issued between 2001 and 2011 are evaluated around goals in the learning areas of sport participation,motor skills,physical,psychological and social adaptation,which reflects the content of evaluation is gradually diversifying.From the point of view of specific evaluation projects,In addition to track and field and gymnastics events were included in the assessment early,martial arts and ball games as the assessment content appeared late,so the comprehensive and interesting assessment content should be fully considered.4.In terms of evaluation methods:The physical education syllabus issued from 1949 to 1978 was mainly based on quantitative evaluation,the physical education syllabus and curriculum standards issued from 1978 to 2011,presents the diversified evaluation methods gradually.Nowadays,in addition to the combination of a variety of evaluation methods,it is also encouraged to use big data and electronic intelligent tools to track and record students’ sports learning.However,the specific evaluation tool still needs the further study and efforts of relevant teachers and developers. |
