Since entering the 21 st century, the problem of aging population structure has become more and more prominent in China.Accompanied by a series of pension problems have been widely concerned by all sectors of society. The perspective of social circles is also developing and changing, from a single material pension model gradually evolved into a diversified pension model. The mental endowment of the elderly has also been gradually concerned. However, most of the academic and social focus on mental endowment is from the perspective of problems, and empty-nesters are regarded as a vulnerable group, aggravating the public stereotype of "old age is useless".This paper tries to break the existing perspective of problems and use the perspective of resilience to find their own advantages, explore and use their own resources and community resources, and cultivate the spiritual self-maintenance ability of empty-nesters.So as to reduce the pressure of family and society to provide for the elderly,so that empty nesters can face their old age more actively and healthily. This article selects the famously agricultural province north village S research, using semi-structured interviews to 16 homes in the village,a total of 22 empty-nesters has carried on the depth interview, interview process according to the interview outline of an interview, and in the interview process for different individuals modify interview content,USES the listening skill of social work,The life status of rural empty-nesters was objectively recorded, and the resilience of the elderly and their environment was found. At the same time, the same and different resilience were found among different individuals of empty-nesters in S village. From the perspective of social work integration and starting from the two protective factors of resilience, this paper proposes to explore the resilience factors in the empty nesters themselves and the social system more effectively,so as to further improve the resilience of the rural empty nesters,so that the group can actively cope with the crisis in life and old age.The study found that compared with the previous disadvantage perspective, the resilience perspective changed the previous problem perspective, and turned from a positive perspective, viewing the rural empty-nesters as a group of people with potential and advantages. From the perspective of resilience, the empty-nesters in S village have the ability of spiritual self-support,and their families, communities and neighbors can also provide spiritual support for the empty-nesters.However,each individual has different degrees of resilience, some individuals are relatively high resilience, some individuals are relatively weak resilience. As potential motivator and resource link, social workers can help rural empty-nesters change the status quo, stimulate their own potential, and link more resources,so as to further improve their resilience. To a certain extent,it can reduce the pressure of the state and society to support the elderly and improve the social stereotypical cognition of this group.
