Gender Conflict And Adjustment Of Male Community Workers

Actively support the development of the community in the country,to promote community workers under the background of the talent team construction,explore the male gender temperament of community workers performance,to understand their ecological environment in the community and their face problems such as conflict of gender temperament,can contribute to the attainment of a balanced development of the community talent team,reduce occupational gender segregation in the field of community work,Making community work a suitable career choice for men.In this paper,qualitative research method,interview method and participatory observation method were adopted to collect data,and the data were sorted out,summarized and analyzed.Finally,the following conclusions were found: First of all,male community workers are faced with double embarrassment both inside and outside the community.In the community,female colleagues’ stronger working ability brings pressure,and the substitutable nature of work makes them have low sense of achievement and are in an unappreciated position.Outside the community,male community workers suffer from discrimination due to their lack of competitiveness in the marriage market,low salary compared with high-income male groups,low occupation level,and embarrassment of being a female.In the dual influence of community and outside,they show repressed masculinity;In order to integrate the community environment,male social workers not only retain the masculine side of their masculinity,but also internalize the feminine side to regenerate the soft side,forming the "combination of hardness and softness" of masculinity.Thirdly,in order to resolve anxiety,male community workers adopt sublimation strategy,transfer strategy and compensatory strategy as well as action strategy such as change strategy and escape strategy to resolve anxiety and adapt to the community environment after the setbacks of dominant masculinity.Finally,this article from the perspective of cultural factors and history,the discussion of the reasons for gender binary structure,and analysis the reason of men in the community,mainly including the family influence,exclusion,women’s social status,community demand and employment environment change,the male resolution are discussed in this article the significance of gender role conflict,They are promoting the professionalization process of community work,accelerating the change of male gender roles and meeting the needs of men in the community.At the end of the paper,the conclusions and problems in the research process are summarized and reflected.From the perspective of gender temperament,this paper focuses on the problems,conflicts and doubts faced by male community workers in the current working environment,and understands their views and attitudes towards their careers,so as to provide reference for the construction of talent teams in the community in the future and to provide reference for promoting the balanced development of gender in the community.
