| Physics poor students refer to students who feel difficult in physics learning.In the junior middle school education stage,with the gradual deepening of physics learning,the proportion of students with learning difficulties will also increase.The new curriculum standard puts forward the concept of "facing all students and improving students’ scientific literacy",that is,teachers are required not to give up any students,especially students with learning difficulties.The curriculum standard also puts forward that the ultimate goal of junior middle school physics education is to improve the scientific literacy of all students,so that every student who steps into the society has basic scientific knowledge and practical skills.Only by realizing the transformation of physics poor students,can we really improve the scientific literacy of all students.Through the theoretical research of physics poor students,referring to the research papers of other excellent scholars,and combined with the social background and learning environment of local students,the survey scale of physics poor students in junior middle school is formulated.The survey is carried out on the physics poor students in two public junior middle schools in urban areas.It is preliminarily found that the proportion of physics poor students in junior middle school is about 15%,and that in junior middle school is about 33%.It is found that there is a significant increase in physics poor students in junior middle school.The main problems and reasons of physics poor students are: there is no clear learning purpose and motivation;Lack of interest in physics learning;Lack of confidence in learning;Poor willpower in learning;Poor study habits;Improper learning attitude,etc.In view of the causes of physics poor students and combined with the practical teaching experience of the front line,this paper summarizes and puts forward the Countermeasures for transforming physics poor students: strengthening the positive guidance to physics poor students,improving the quality and ability of physics teachers,and strengthening the positive guidance to the parents of physics poor students.It creatively puts forward effective strategies to effectively control the dependence of physics poor students on smart phones and use online classes to transform physics poor students.In the actual teaching process,these countermeasures have been applied and practiced,and good results have been achieved. |
