Outline gave detailed instructions on who should lead the ideological and political reform in colleges and universities,how to carry it out and a series of contents,and pointed out the way and direction for the construction and development of ideological and political reform in current college courses."Curriculum education" is a kind of innovation of teaching idea.Aerobics is a compulsory course for students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities.How to carry out ideological and political education through the whole process of aerobics teaching and achieve the goal of ideological that need to be solved in physical education in colleges and universities.This study adopts the method of literature,investigation and logical analysis to Analyze the problems existing in the implementation of curriculum concept and politics in the aerobics teaching of physical education majors in colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and draws the following conclusions according to the research:1.the implementation of Civic Education in the teaching of aerobics in physical education is a necessary requirement for universities to promote the construction of curriculum Civic Education,in line with the needs of contemporary physical education students’ physical and mental health development,and the implementation of Civic Education in the teaching of aerobics in physical education has unique value.2.Main problems in the implementation of "curriculum ideology and politics" in teaching: teachers lack Civics awareness;the teaching process is not enough to use Civics ability,teachers focus on the teaching of professional skills in teaching,when it comes to Civics education,the timing of use is not appropriate.3.Although students can get Civic education in aerobics teaching;due to the different growing environment and learning acceptance ability of students,there are differences in the learning and understanding of the Civic philosophy of the curriculum;some students are not sufficiently aware of the Civic philosophy of the curriculum and lack of enthusiasm.4.The concept of curriculum thinking and political education is not reflected in all aspects of teaching,the teaching objectives are limited to knowledge and skill objectives,and the emotional nurturing objectives are not obvious;the teaching content setting lacks thinking and political elements;the teaching mode and infiltration methods are too traditional and single;the evaluation of professional courses lacks thinking and political assessment standards,and there is a general problem of poor effect of thinking and political education in professional courses.5.Optimization strategies Carrying out ideological and political education in calisthenics teaching of P.E.major in colleges and universities: According to the advantages of P.E.major improve teachers’ ability to use Civic Education;enhance students’ awareness of Civic Education;deeply explore the Civic Education elements in aerobics and reasonably integrate them into teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods;promote the two-way education of aerobics teaching and Civic Education,and synergize their development.Based on these studies,under the relevant recommendations are made.1.actively carry out training of aerobics teachers’ curriculum thinking and politics teaching ability to enhance the teachers’ strength.Actively set up a professional course teachers’ course thinking and politics teaching exchange,motivate teachers’ inner motivation to implement course thinking and politics in aerobics teaching,and improve teachers’ ideological education transfer.2.Raising ethical and political awareness Among sports students.To promote the comprehensive development.Using the characteristics of students’ own personalization and diversification of teaching forms to stimulate students’ interest in learning and learning autonomy,Develop the students’ ability of innovation consciousness,and effectively realize the concept of student-centered thinking and teaching.3.In the implementation of the teaching of "Curriculum Civics",fully explore the
