In the process of training aerobics sports talents in physical education colleges,aerobics teaching is the most important means of talent training and talent training.However,looking at the current situation of the establishment of aerobics courses in physical education majors(specialized)in China's physical education colleges,we can find out,although with the advancement of college physical education reform in recent years,the sports education majors offered by sports colleges in China(specialized)Aerobics courses are constantly being optimized and improved,but there are still certain problems and deficiencies,and the teaching effect is not ideal.In view of this,based on the status quo investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the teaching effect of aerobics course in physical education major(specialized)in China.The study uses literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,interviews,logic analysis and other methods to train physical education in six sports colleges including Beijing Sports University,Nanjing Institute of Physical Education,Capital Institute of Physical Education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Harbin Institute of Physical Education and Chengdu Sport Institute.The professional aerobics teaching progress has been investigated and researched.The results show that:1.Physical education(specialized)aerobics courses in physical education colleges have achieved certain teaching effects,but there is still a certain distance from the established teaching objectives.Still need to be further improved.2.The main influencing factors of the teaching effect at the level of curriculum setting are: the teaching objectives are not comprehensive enough,not refined enough;the content of practical theoretical knowledge is not comprehensive enough,not deep enough;aerobics teaching practice,various fashion style aerobics training,aerobics The establishment rate of competition organization practice and aerobics referee practice is low;the total number of academic schedules is uneven,and the proportion of practical hours is relatively high,and the theoretical time is relatively low;the teaching evaluation method is relatively simple.3.The main influencing factors of teaching effect at the teacher level are: the teaching concept is lagging behind,and the application of teaching methods is not novel,flexible and diverse.4.The main influencing factors of the teaching effect at the student level are: the students' aerobics learning motivation is more diverse,there are certain irrationalphenomena;the students' physical quality is uneven,and the short physical quality affects some students' aerobics skills.Effective mastery of action.5.The influencing factors of the teaching effect at the site facilities level are that the configuration of aerobics equipment is not ideal,and the modern fitness equipment used in many popular aerobics types in the society is not configured.put forward the above problems:1.Starting from the teaching objectives,teaching content,time arrangement,teaching evaluation and other aspects,the curriculum optimization and improvement.2.Emphasis on the construction and strengthening of the teaching staff,and encourage teachers to update their teaching concepts and teaching methods through advanced learning and other methods.3.Pay attention to the reasonable guidance of students' motivation,and provide a long-term driving force for students' aerobics learning through correct learning motivation.4.Pay attention to the all-round development of students' physical quality,and lay a solid foundation for students' aerobics learning through the development of students' physical quality.5.Pay attention to the improvement of the facilities of aerobics teaching venues,and provide better conditions for aerobics teaching through the configuration of modern fitness equipment.
