| With the rapid development of contemporary lifestyles, children and adolescents are severely inactive and sedentary. How to improve the lack of physical activity in children and adolescents has now become the top priority in my country’s physical education work. The family is an important part of society, and the parents’ attitudes and behaviors can directly affect the offspring’s participation in physical activity and the degree of their participation. From the perspective of inter-generational transmission, this thesis takes the physical activity characteristics of 600 primary school students aged 9-12 in Suqian as the research object, and distributed 600 questionnaires to primary school students aged9-12 and their parents, and obtained 564 valid data.Using descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test, hypothesis test and variance analysis to study different genders, grades, regions, family raising styles, family economic capital, family health capital, parental sports cognition, parental sports investment under the age of 9-12 in Suqian City The physical activity status and differences of primary school students;then use the pearson correlation coefficient to analyze the correlation between parent and offspring physical activity;finally, use binary logistic regression analysis to deeply explore the characteristics of the inter-generational transmission of physical activity. It is expected to provide reference for Suqian City to improve the physical and health status of children and adolescents and carry out physical activity promotion in the future.Research result:(1)In terms of the physical activity level of offspring, among primary school students aged 9-12 in Suqian,257 were at the “low activity level”,accounting for45.56%;the number at the “medium activity level” was 199,accounting for 45.56%.35.28%;there are 108 people in the "high activity level",accounting for 19.15% of the total number. The overall physical activity level does not directly show an upward trend with age.Boys’ physical activity levels are generally better than girls’,and urban students’ physical activity levels are better than rural students.Among them, the gender difference in the fifth grade is the most significant.(2)In terms of the physical activity level of the parents,156 people were at the "low activity level",accounting for 27.95%;the number of people at the "moderate activity level" was 279,accounting for 49.46%;the total number of people at the "high activity level" was 108 people, accounting for 22.87%.The physical activity levels of the parents were mainly concentrated in the "moderate activity level".In addition, the proportion of fathers in parents with moderate physical activity level was larger than that in mothers;there was no significant difference in physical activity levels between fathers and mothers in parental groups. The physical activity levels of the fathers of the parents were higher than those of the mothers.(3)In terms of physical activity levels of different genders, the physical activity level of boys is higher than that of girls;in terms of physical activity levels of different grades, grades 6>4>5;in terms of physical activity levels in different regions, the physical activity of primary school students in urban families The level of physical activity is higher than that of rural families;in terms of different family rearing methods, the physical activity level of primary school students in families with a spouse is higher than that in families without a spouse;in terms of different family economic capital, the physical activity level of primary school students in families with high economic capital is higher than Compared with families with low economic capital;in different family health capital, the physical activity level of primary school students from families with high family health capital is higher than that of families with low health capital;in terms of parental sports cognition, the physical activity of primary school students from families with high parental sports cognition The activity level is higher than that of families with low parental sports cognition;in terms of parental sports investment, the physical activity level of primary school students in families with higher parental sports investment level is higher.(4)Parental physical activity level, parental sports investment, parental sports cognition and offspring physical activity level are all significantly positively correlated;family rearing style has no significant effect on the inter-generational transmission relationship of physical activity level;family economic capital, family health Capital, parental sports investment, and parental parental sports cognition all had significant effects on the inter-generational transmission of physical activity levels.Analysis conclusion:(1)The physical activity level of primary school students aged 9-12 in Suqian City still has a large proportion of the "low activity level",and their physical activity level needs to be further improved.(2)Parents should improve their own sports cognition, actively understand relevant sports knowledge, participate in sports activities, and should regularly engage in physical activity by themselves,so as to guide and drive their offspring to participate in exercise from practical actions.(3)9-12-year-old primary school students in Suqian City should pay attention to gender, grade, and urban-rural differences while improving their physical activity levels.Physical activity intervention measures should be reasonably formulated according to their different characteristics.(4)When the family’s economic conditions allow, parents should increase their sports investment in their offspring, improve the sports equipment in the family, create good conditions for meeting the needs of offspring to participate in physical activities, and lay a foundation for their lifelong sports..The thesis has 6 figures,32 tables, and 98 references. |
