“Three-wide education” is the core problem of the current ideological and political education in universities,which is also an important measure to improve the systematicness of ideological and political education of college students.As the habitat and gathering place for students outside the classroom,college students’ community is not only the main field for students to live a healthy life and grow up,but also an important position for universities to cultivate talents and lead the youth.College students’ community contains extremely rich and fresh ideological and political education resources,carrying a very special and important ideological and political education function,which should become a key field for the practical activities of “three-wide education” and a realistic focus point for promoting the innovation of ideological and political education in universities.Combining the high degree of coincidence between the two in terms of value objectives,intrinsic requirements and spatial and temporal overlap,it can be found that there is an extensive intrinsic connection between the “three-wide education” and the ideological and political education of university students in the community,and there is the feasibility,necessity and urgency to promote them together.Grounded in an ideological and political education perspective,college students’ community,as a gathering place for the whole staff to educate students,a time extension for the whole process of education and a space expansion for all-round education,mainly plays a number of ideological and political education functions such as moral inculcation,value leadership and demonstration and motivation.Through questionnaire research,information collection,data review and individual interviews,we have learned that universities are using community-academy system,community-college system,community Party working committee system and other systems to explore the realization of ideological and political education functions in students’ community,which has the experience of perfecting the infrastructure construction of the students’ community with technology,constructing the excellent working team of the student community with multi-party joint efforts,building the communication bridge by the rich activities and enhancing the students’ belonging.However,there are still some deficiencies of the current ideological and political education in college students’ community,such as absence of thought,alienation of location,structural contradiction and cognitive difference.The causes of the above problems are complex and interlinked,both in terms of top-level design and in terms of the education environment,education vehicles and education subjects.Following the connotation of “three-wide education”,based on the active exploration of the ideological and political education work of college students’ community,especially the problems and constraints surrounding this work,the current ideological and political education work of college students’ community can be improved by building a “four-in-one” ideological and political education work mode in student community,which means that we can improve the top-level design of community ideological and political education,realize the coupling of ideological and political education goals,increase the input of students’ community construction,realize the aggregation of ideological and political education space and ideological and political education elements into the student community,realize the fit of ideological and political education medium,enhance students’ self-education consciousness,and achieve the integration of ideological and political education subjects.The paper has 18 figures,5 tables,and 151 references.
