Research On The Construction Of College Associations From The Perspective Of "Three-wide Education"

In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stressed that,"We should persist in taking moral education as the central link,integrate ideological and political work into the whole process of education and teaching,and strive to create a new situation in the development of China's higher education." For a long time ideological and political education in colleges and universities has undertaken-the historical task of carrying out the Party's educational policy,carrying out the task of cultivating people by virtue and promoting the development of quality-oriented education.It is also the only way for China to develop higher education,build new socialist China and realize the rejuvenation of the country by talents.In the new era,the Party has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and it is urgent to improve the quality of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In the new era,colleges and universities should make great efforts to construct the work system of"three-wide education ",emphasize the orientation of education,promote the optimal allocation of education resources and overall planning of education strength.As an important link of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,college associations have important educational value.Therefore,closely around "cultivating what person,how to cultivate people and cultivating people for who" this core,adheres to the party's education policy,the implementation of khalid treant task,solid education guide,lead the thought value,can mobilize all positive forces,promote the exploration of the university community construction,promote the university community education level of ascension,build a comprehensive,multidisciplinary education pattern.It is on the basis of strengthening the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enriching the quality of college associations to carry out a comprehensive educational and teaching reform.Through questionnaire survey,this paper obtains information from the staff and students in various colleges and universities.First of all,the basic concept and theoretical basis of "three-wide education" and college community are expounded,the value of college community in "three-wide education " and the internal relationship are summarized and concluded,and the new requirements of "three complete education" to the construction of college community are expounded.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of education of college associations from three aspects:cognition of the educational function of college associations,participation of college associations and evaluation of college associations.It concludes that under the perspective of"three-wide education",There are some shortcomings in the construction of college associations,such as the incompleteness of the whole educational concept,the incompleteness of the whole educational concept,and the incompleteness of the all-around educational concept.Finally,according to the educational concept of " three-wide education ",the path of college community construction is discussed.It mainly takes the whole staff education,the whole process education and the all-round education as the thinking,and elaborates the concrete construction path from the aspects of concept innovation,value guidance,management system and mechanism perfection,cultural ecology construction and so on.
