| The special endurance quality of basketball players refers to the ability to maximize the mobilization of body function in order to resist the fatigue produced in the competition and ensure the stable development of skills and tactics to improve competitive ability or sports performance.Reduced endurance,can affect the shooting action,mobile technologies such as defensive play,the faster the endurance quality declining,the impact of the more obvious,so this paper tries to apply the liquid weight vest in basketball,clarify the liquid weight training can improve the special endurance quality of basketball players,and clear the different weight of basketball player special endurance quality of ascension,So that the athletes can maintain sufficient physical strength in the competition,enhance its competitive performance ability.Through literature review,it is found that most basketball special endurance quality training methods are basically carried out in the state of no weight,but whether the special endurance quality of basketball players is effective in the state of weight remains to be further studied.In this study,experimental methods,documentary methods,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used.In March 2021,12 women’s basketball team members from Group B of Guangzhou University of Physical Education were selected as the school team to explore the improvement effect of liquid weight training on the special endurance quality of basketball players,which lasted for 8 weeks,twice a week.Then in September 2021 to level 2019 guangzhou sports college basketball special class 3 class students randomly divided into 3 different weight groups,each group of eight people,respectively for experiment 1 set of 5 kg liquid weight to wear vest,experiment group 2 wear 10 kg liquid weight vest,control group without load,training content is the same as the plan,the liquid weight vest as the only variable,The experiment was conducted twice a week for 8 weeks.To investigate whether the liquid weight training has certain influence on the indexes of basketball players basic cardiopulmonary function and special endurance quality.The pre-test data showed that the P values of each indicator in the school team group and the student group were all greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference.The post-test results are analyzed as follows:1.After the school team experiment,P values of quiet heart rate and two-minute continuous shooting indexes were all greater than 0.05 by paired T test,showing no significant difference;Paired T test showed that P values of lung capacity,variable-distance run,15M×17 run and comprehensive test indexes were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences.2.After the experiment,the P values of each indicator in the student group were all less than 0.05 by one-way variance test,showing significant differences.3.After multiple comparative analysis,it was found that P values of variable-distance dribble return-run and 15M× 17 return-run in experiment group 1 and Experiment group 2 were all greater than 0.05,showing no significant difference,while other indexes showed significant differences.4.Multiple comparative analysis of each index between experimental group 2 and control group showed that P values were all greater than 0.05 without significant difference.5.Multiple comparative analysis of each index between experimental group 1 and control group showed that P values were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences.Research Conclusions:1.Both liquid weight training and non-weight training can improve the special endurance quality of basketball players,but the improvement of liquid weight training is more obvious.2.Compared with non-weight training,5kg liquid weight training and 10kg liquid weight training,10kg liquid weight training has the best effect on improving the special endurance quality of basketball players. |
