Specialized endurance is the ability of athletes to maximize the use of organism’s function ability in sports training or competition to resist fatigue and ensure the stable play of techniques and tactics.Because basketball sport is very different from other sport,especially periodic endurance sport in kinematics and dynamics,different requirements are put forward when basketball players are trained in special endurance.High school stage is an important stage of male students’ endurance development,so how to scientifically design effective special endurance training programs according to the physical and mental development characteristics of high school male basketball players,sports characteristics,is an urgent problem to be solved in high school male basketball players’ training.Based on this research,this paper attempts to use the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,and on the premise of fully investigating the basic situation of high school men’s basketball team after-school training,according to three dimensions of theoretical analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire survey,select high school men’s basketball players from a number of means of endurance training.By means of scientific and reasonable means of heart development characteristics,a set of special endurance training program suitable for high school male basketball players was optimized.At the same time,the indexes of basketball players’ special endurance test are screened out.20 male basketball players from Beijing Yanqing No.5 Middle School were divided into two groups.They were divided into experimental group and control group.A 16-week comparative experiment was conducted.The experimental group adopted the special endurance training scheme optimized in this study,while the control group used the conventional endurance training to arrange training courses.The results show that:1.The selected methods of endurance training for high school male basketball players include: full Z-shaped fast dribble,technical and tactical training of competition intensity,5-to-5 chase and defense exercises,mobile shooting exercises,Closeout training,8-around passing exercises,star sprint and glide comprehensive exercises,full-court Offensive-Defensive switching exercises and short-distance side acceleration.2.Selected basketball endurance test indicators include: full court attackand defense technology simulation,17 *15m turn-back run,1 minute 30 s intensity shot,dribble line turn-back run,hexagonal movement.3.After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the physiological indicators and specific endurance indicators of athletes in the experimental group reflect the level of specific endurance,and there are significant differences or extremely significant differences before and after the experiment.It shows that the special training program of high school male basketball players optimized in this study can effectively improve the special endurance of high school male basketball players.4.After 16 weeks of experiment,the athletes’ interest in participating in sports training,which reflects their psychological activities,has been greatly improved in the experimental group,and there are significant differences before and after the experiment.It shows that the special training program for high school male basketball players designed in this study has a positive role in improving the high school male basketball players’ active participation in special endurance training.Research conclusions:The experimental group was intervened by the optimized training program.After16 weeks of training,all the indexes were compared.It was found that the special endurance of the two groups was improved,but the effect of the optimized training program was better than that of the conventional basketball endurance training program.At the same time,the optimization scheme has a positive effect on improving the training interest of high school male basketball players.
