| When the law is strong,the state is strong;when the law is weak,the state is weak.Insisting on the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable choice to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teenagers are the future of the motherland and the reserve army of building a socialist country under the rule of law.The level of their rule of law literacy directly affects the process of building a country under the rule of law.Junior middle school is the key period for the formation of the consciousness of the rule of law,and school is the main position to cultivate students’ consciousness of the rule of law.Cultivating students’ awareness of rule of law in morality and rule of law course not only helps students establish correct concept of rule of law,prevent illegal and criminal acts,promote students’ all-round development,but also contributes to the construction of socialist rule of law country,but there are still many teachers confused about how to improve the teaching effect of rule of law in practical teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the cultivation of junior middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law.Based on the moral and rule of law textbooks of junior middle school,this paper aims to explore teaching strategies to improve students’ awareness of the rule of law under the guidance of the legal education syllabus and ideological and moral curriculum standards from the perspective of educators.The cultivation of junior middle school students’ consciousness of rule of law has the characteristics of ideology,life,practice and undertaking.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of 480 students and 12 teachers,the analysis shows that there are some problems in the cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law in moral and rule of law course,such as the constitutional status,the relationship between rights and obligations,the understanding of the procedure of rule of law and the lack of enthusiasm to learn the knowledge of rule of law.In the process of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law,teachers have some problems,such as insufficient teaching content expansion,simple teaching methods,neglect of practical activities and simple evaluation methods.Based on this,in order to guide students to enhance their awareness of the rule of law,establish belief in the rule of law,improve their practical ability of the rule of law,and improve the teaching effect of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,moral and legal teachers should adhere to the concept of lifelong learning,strengthen the practice of the theory of the rule of law,and do the following in the teaching process: clear cultivation focus,enrich the content of the rule of law teaching;Broaden cultivating path and choose teaching method flexibly;Attach importance to the edutainment of environment and create a good teaching environment;Adhere to the guiding and encouraging principle,improve the evaluation model of law teaching. |
