Research On The Strategy Of Cultivating Junior High School Students' Legal Consciousness In The Teaching Of Morality And Rule Of Law

Governing the country by law is the basic strategy for our party to lead the people in governing the country,and it is also the basic guarantee for building a socialist China under the rule of law.General Secretary Xi Jinping has also frequently stressed the need to particularly enhance education on the rule of law for young people,who are the future successors of our country.The level of their legal awareness and literacy also determines the overall level of legal awareness of our country to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great relevance to study how to promote middle school students' awareness of the rule of law.And schools,as the main site for nurturing students' awareness of the rule of law,should voluntarily undertake the respective responsibilities and strive to play a key role in enhancing students' awareness of the rule of law.But this key role cannot be played without the "morality and rule of law" classroom.Therefore,the aim of this article is to examine how to better nurture the awareness of the rule of law among students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,investigation and research,classroom observation and so on,from five aspects to study how to improve students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior middle school.First,the investigation background and significance,the present status of domestic and overseas research,the thinking and methodology of the study,and the point of innovation are described.The second is the definition of related concepts,which analyzes the connotation and training value of the awareness of the rule of law.That is,through training middle school students' awareness of the rule of law,we can accomplish the goals of regulating students' behaviors,implementing the core literacy of the subject,and promoting the construction of a country under the rule of law.Thirdly,it analyzes the reflection of the content of the awareness of the rule of law in the textbooks,specifically the awareness of the constitution,the awareness of rules,the awareness of rights and obligations,the awareness of learning the law and abiding by the law.Then it analyzes the current situation of the investigation,and sorts out the achievements and existing problems in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.Finally,this paper puts forward improvement strategies from five dimensions: strengthening the construction of legal teachers,digging and integrating legal education resources,perfecting the evaluation system of legal education,enriching the teaching methods of legal education,and paying attention to the practicality of legal education.
