With the continuous promotion of the national fitness program,a wave of sports fitness has started to rise all over the country.The development of mass sports is becoming more and more mature,and the number of sports people is also increasing.However,with the improvement of living conditions,the physical quality of teenagers is declining year by year.As the problem becomes more and more serious,it attracts the attention of the party and the state,thus starting the pace of teaching reform,in which physical education reform is also an important part.In 2020,the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era pointed out that the school physical education teaching mode of "health knowledge+basic motor skills+special motor skills" should be gradually improved.Under this background,the author compares the new teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode,finds out the advantages of the new teaching mode,and conducts teaching experiments and tests its teaching effect.In this paper,using the methods of literature review,expert interview,Delphi method,experimental research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking the third and sixth grade students of Nankai Experimental School in Dongguan as the experimental objects,the traditional physical education teaching mode and the "health knowledge+double skills" teaching mode are used to teach,and the four aspects of health knowledge,basic motor skills,special motor skills and students’ interest in physical education are discussed to find out which teaching mode is more conducive to improving the classroom.Experimental result:1.There is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in standing long jump,50 m fast running,50×8 endurance running,sitting body flexion and sit-ups before the experiment(P experimental class > 0.05,P control class > 0.05).2.Comparison of special skill indexes in experimental class Before the experiment,forehand high-distance ball(P male < 0.000,P female < 0.005),forehand high-distance ball(P male < 0.006,P female < 0.019)and forehand(P male < 0.004,P female < 0.000)were used.3.Compared with before the experiment(P male < 0.000,P female < 0.001),the test scores of health knowledge in the experimental class were significantly improved.4.Compared with before the experiment(P experimental class < 0.000),the interest in physical education in the experimental class was significantly increased,while that in the control class was slightly increased,but there was no significant difference.Research conclusions:1.The application of "health knowledge+double skills" teaching mode in primary school physical education classroom teaching for level three primary school students can improve students’ lower limb explosive force,quick strength,endurance,flexibility and core strength,but the improvement is not significant.2.The teaching mode of "health knowledge+double skills" can effectively improve students’ health knowledge level and interest in physical education.3.The teaching mode of "health knowledge+double skills" can effectively improve students’ badminton skills.
