With the continuous promotion of Internet plus education,more and more scholars realize that information based education plays a key role in educational reform and development.Therefore,the flipped classroom teaching mode has entered into the field of vision.The flipped classroom teaching mode is different from the traditional teaching mode,which "reverses" the traditional learning process.The knowledge that needs to be explained by teachers in the classroom is made use of information-based teaching means to make learning before class.In the class,discussion,communication and feedback are the main contents,so that students have enough time to express their views in the classroom and learn the ability of knowledge development in group learning and evaluation.Based on the above characteristics,this study takes class 1 and class 2 of grade 2021 of Nanjing Tianyin senior high school as the experimental objects to carry out a 12 week badminton flipping classroom teaching experiment.Using the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the relevant data of the two classes are collected,analyzed and compared before and after the experiment,and the following conclusions are drawn:1、Flipped classroom teaching mode has a certain effect in improving students’ physical quality,but the effect is not obvious.2、 Flipping classroom teaching mode has a good effect on improving the mastery and completion of badminton technical movements3、The flipped classroom teaching mode has a positive effect on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperative learning ability.4、Flipped classroom teaching mode can not completely replace the traditional teaching mode.The two modes need to learn from each other and learn from each other in order to better meet the actual needs of teaching.Through the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:1、Increase physical fitness related exercises,let students form the habit of physical exercise,and promote the all-round development of students’ body and mind.2、Adjust the evaluation methods,evaluate students in multiple ways in the teaching process,and pay attention to the development of students’ ability.3、Improve teachers’ information-based teaching ability and literacy,learn relevant information-based teaching means knowledge,and strengthen the communication and feedback between teachers and students.4、Streamline teaching videos,adjust the time ratio between teaching videos and other learning contents,and reasonably arrange students’ after-school time.
