In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and society,the focus of social governance has been relegated to the grassroots level,and it has gradually become a trend to advocate multi-subject participation in grassroots governance.As one of the main bodies of the "linkage of the Five Social Organizations",community volunteers are not only promoting the innovation of grassroots governance and maintaining social stability,but also have problems such as weak motivation for participation and insufficient volunteer service ability.Social workers help community volunteers find problems through professional skills and improve their service ability and level,which is not only conducive to improving the quality of community service,but also can realize the linkage between social work and volunteers,so as to promote social governance at the grassroots level.In this paper,questionnaire,interview and participant observation are adopted to conduct field research in L community volunteer team,and the status and problems of the whole volunteer service work are described.It is found that L community volunteers face problems in cognition,communication and cooperation.Through the analysis of the problems,it is found that volunteers need to carry out skills learning training,deepen the cognition of volunteer service,enhance the ability of communication and cooperation,correctly understand internal and external resources,improve the incentive management mechanism and other aspects.In view of the above needs,this paper is based on the empowerment theory,uses the group social work method,intervenes from three levels of "individual initiative mode",and strengthens volunteers’ identification by explaining basic knowledge and sharing outstanding deeds.Carry out volunteer service training to learn service skills such as community visit and elderly care;Explain the three principles of effective communication and communication skills to improve volunteers’ communication skills;Organize community practice activities to strengthen member cooperation;Link professionals to help volunteers understand the community and make reasonable use of internal and external resources;Guide members to discuss,improve the volunteer incentive management system.Through the evaluation of group members,it is found that under the guidance of the theory of enhancement,through the development of group activities,the improvement of volunteer service ability has achieved certain results.Team members have a more comprehensive understanding of volunteer service,strengthen communication and cooperation among members,and their volunteer service ability has been trained and improved.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions and suggestions for the development of community volunteers from three aspects: the formation of volunteer team,social worker empowerment and long-term development of volunteer team.This paper will promote the development of community voluntary service and promote social grass-roots governance have certain reference significance.
