Exploration Of Group Work Intervention In Youth Volunteer Training

In recent years,more and more countries regard volunteer construction as one of the important tasks of national development.With the advancement of China's economic society and the advancement of spiritual civilization,there is an increasing demand for volunteers in various social activities.Among them,the youth group,as a force behind the development of the country,is the focus of volunteer training.As the earliest city for the development of local volunteers,Shenzhen has a strong volunteering atmosphere,pays attention to the construction and development of the youth volunteer team,and has issued relevant policies to ensure the implementation of volunteer services.However,a series of problems have also occurred while the youth volunteer team has gradually grown.This article specifically discusses the related issues of social work involvement in the cultivation of youth volunteers through practical cases in the H community in Shenzhen.In this study,through literature collation and field visits,it was found that the youth volunteer groups in the H community have weak voluntary awareness of voluntary service,lack of professional volunteer service skills and spirit,and interpersonal communication skills need to be improved.In response to these problems,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work involved in the cultivation of youth volunteers.Under the guidance of Bandura 's social learning theory and Maslow' s hierarchy of needs,according to the youth 's rapid development and improvement in psychology and personality Characteristics,the author plan to intervene in the process of nurturing young volunteers by using the method of growth group work as a social worker.During the specific activity process part,the social worker leads the team members to complete the six-segment group activity task and achieve the group goals for each section.Through the process evaluation and effect evaluation of the group,it was found that the group members' willingness to actively participate in volunteer service and interpersonal communication ability have been improved,the knowledge and skills of volunteer service have increased,self-awareness has been enhanced,and the value and significance of volunteer service are more recognized.Reflecting on the whole process of the activity,the group still has shortcomings such as short service time,lack of practical experience in social work,and inadequate methods for evaluating the effectiveness of other social work methods.However,in general,the group work is operable and developable in the cultivation of youth volunteers.Finally,from the perspective of globalization,the author puts forward the relevant suggestions and future outlook for the promotion of youth volunteers in China from four aspects: the improvement of social workers' own abilities,the innovation of youth volunteers' high quality and professional training,the construction of youth volunteer policies and incentive mechanisms,and the construction of the "duplex" information exchange platform.Relevant suggestions and future prospects for cultivation and development.
