Speed quality is one of the five basic qualities of the body.It is an important index to evaluate physical exercise ability and an important link to develop physical quality and improve physical health.Junior one students are in the sensitive period of speed quality development.At this stage,we should grasp the characteristics of students’ physical changes and carry out targeted training.Soft ladder combination training and core strength training are new training methods in modern times.They have certain practical significance for promoting the development of physical quality,improving sports ability,enhancing sports special ability and improving physical health.In recent years,the research literature on soft ladder combination training and core strength training has been increasing,but the research objects are mainly athletes,and the research literature on the impact of physical education teaching and teenagers’ speed quality in the sensitive period of physical quality development is less.Through the methods of literature research,expert interview,experiment,test,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this study takes the first grade students of Yingzhou middle school in Fuyang City as the experimental object,selects three classes with equal proportion of men and women for random grouping,and sets seven(7 classes)as the soft ladder group(21 men and 21 women)to implement the soft ladder combination training designed in this study The seven(10)class positioning core group(22 men and 21 women)implemented the core strength training designed in this study,and the seven(13)class positioning control group(20 men and 20women)implemented the traditional speed quality training.After the 8-week training intervention,collect the data of test indicators before and after the experiment in three classes,analyze and compare them inside and outside the group respectively,understand the effect of soft ladder combination training and core strength training on the speed quality of junior high school students,analyze its action mechanism,and explore the training means of soft ladder combination training and core strength training suitable for the improvement of junior high school students’ speed quality,so as to provide reference basis for the future physical education teaching design.The following conclusions are drawn through data analysis:(1)After the 8-week experiment,the displacement speed test indexes of the soft ladder group and the core group were higher than those of the control group,and the two test indexes reached a significant difference level(P.Compared with the core group,the two test indexes in the soft ladder group did not reach the level of significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating that the effect of soft ladder combination training and core strength training on improving the displacement speed of grade one students is similar.(2)After the 8-week experiment,the movement speed test indexes of the soft ladder group and the core group were higher than those of the control group,and the two test indexes reached a significant difference level(P.Compared with the core group,the two test indexes in the soft ladder group did not reach the level of significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating that the effect of soft ladder combination training and core strength training on improving the movement speed of grade one students is equivalent.(3)After the 8-week experiment,the test index of reaction speed in the soft ladder group was higher than that in the core group and the control group,and the test index reached a significant difference level(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of soft ladder combination training in improving the reaction speed of junior high school students was significantly better than that of core strength training and traditional speed quality training.(4)Compared with core strength training,the effect of soft ladder combination training is similar in improving the displacement speed and action speed of grade one students,and the effect of soft ladder combination training is better in improving the reaction speed of grade one students.In the training to improve the displacement speed and action speed,the combination training of soft ladder and core strength training can be appropriately added.In the training to improve the reaction speed,the combination training of soft ladder can appropriately increase the training proportion.According to the experimental conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)In physical education,we can appropriately introduce the combination of soft ladder training and core strength training,combine the two training methods with traditional training,and adopt rich teaching methods and means to attract students’ attention,stimulate students’ interest in sports,improve students’ enthusiasm for sports participation,and better serve students’ physical health.(2)It is suggested to combine the soft ladder combination training and core strength training with special technology in the future,and design the software combination training and core strength training methods and means in line with the special characteristics from the reality of special technology improvement,so as to better consolidate the special technology and better serve the improvement of sports performance while improving the physical quality.(3)Junior middle school students are in a sensitive period of physical quality development.In physical education teaching,we should grasp the physiological characteristics of students’ physical growth and development,select scientific and effective training methods,improve training efficiency,systematically develop students’ physical quality,and benefit students for life.
