Coordination,sensitivity,flexibility,and balance of "soft qualities" are essential basic qualities for aerobics students,and they are also key qualities.This paper mainly uses literature method,interview method,measurement method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to carry out research on the impact of soft ladder training on aerobics students' soft quality.This study randomly selected 42 aerobics students from Jilin Sport University as experimental subjects,and divided them into experimental and control groups for experiments.The experimental group was trained on soft ladder for 14 weeks and 20 minutes three times a week;the control group received regular aerobics class training.Select the quality indicators and test soft ladder training effect.The analysis of the experimental results obtained: The ability of coordination,sensitivity and balance in soft quality,the experimental group has significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).For the flexibility,there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and the increase in the control group is greater than the experimental group.To further verify the effectiveness of training,using the ZEUS 9.9 body composition measuring instrument to test the body composition of the two groups of students before and after the experiment.The test results show that the improvement of each index in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Therefore,the conclusions drawn from experiments are as follows:(1)14-week training experimental results showed that the soft quality of the students in the experimental group trained by soft ladder is better than that of the control group,among them,there was a significant difference in coordination,sensitivity,and balance.no significant difference in flexibility and the increase in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group.(2)The soft ladder training has no significant effect on improving the soft quality of the soft quality.The soft ladder training method should be combined with the traditional soft quality training method in the aerobics program,and the effect will bemore effective.(3)In terms of body composition improvement,the experimental group was better than the control group after the experiment,indicating that the improvement of various qualities has a positive effect on body composition.
