Research On The Service Satisfaction Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Higher Vocational Colleges

Employment is vital to people's livelihood.As a key group of employment,the scale of college graduates continues to increase.Two mainly reasons as follow.On the one hand,it is difficult for employers to recruit suitable employees.On the other hand,the employment pressure of graduates from higher vocational colleges is large,and the contradiction of structural employment is more and more prominent.In order to ensure employment stability,adding to the measures such as policy support and public welfare is developing professional education and train more skilled personnel.The employment situation of the graduates is directly related to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges,which is related to the sustainable development of higher vocational education.How to solve the problem of College Students' grave employment has become the focus of the government,higher vocational colleges and all circles of society.As a cradle of professional talents training,it is the duty and mission of higher vocational colleges to provide high-quality employment services,promote full and high-quality employment for college students.Through students' satisfaction evaluation of employment service,colleges and universities can understand students' needs,analyze the problems existing in the employment service and improve the employment service.Therefore,studying the College employment service from the perspective of student satisfaction is a subject of both theoretical and practical significance.Based on the related literature,this paper,taking Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry & Commerce(GDPIC)as an example,designs a questionnaire of students' satisfaction for employment service.It investigates the current situation of students' satisfaction in employment service in higher vocational colleges and makes statistics on the survey data.The results show that the students' overall satisfaction with the college employment service is not high enough.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems of employment service,tries to find out the reasons and discusses the influencing factors of student satisfaction.According to the survey results,the paper finally proposes strategies to improve the students' satisfaction in vocational colleges and universities.Adjust the employment service concept,improve employment guidance service quality,construct the employment information management platform and improve the employment guarantee support system.So that student satisfaction can be improved and promote the college employment service can be development smoothly.
