A Practically Strategic Research On Coordinated Construction Of Employment Guidance Service System In Higher Vocational Colleges

In the background of the grim employment situation of the graduates,it is necessary to improve the employment guidance service system for the graduates of higher vocational colleges to promote the full employment of the graduates and improve the quality of the graduates' employment.Based on this practical need,this paper studies the collaborative construction of employment guidance service system for graduates in higher vocational colleges.In the process of research,the theory of synergy is first analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of employment guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges in terms of higher vocational colleges,enterprises and students.Through the investigation and analysis and combing the literature,it is found that there is a general existence of the lack of government function,the lack of the role of the enterprise industry,the lack of the construction of the employment guidance system in higher vocational colleges,the misconceptions of the employment concept of college students and the lack of rational career planning during the construction of the employment guidance service system in higher vocational colleges.The problem.In this regard,on the basis of the experience of foreign university graduates' employment service,this paper puts forward a collaborative development model of employment guidance service system in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the synergy theory,and analyzes the mutual relationship between the government,enterprise industry,intermediary institutions,higher vocational colleges and students.According to the collaborative development model built in the paper,combined with the practice of Guangzhou Kangda Vocational Technical College,specific countermeasures and measures are put forward.Under the cooperative relationship,the government should further improve the relevant laws and regulations to promote the employment of college students and school enterprise cooperation,improve the employment service mechanism of higher vocational graduates,and strengthen the system regulation and control of the employment service of higher vocational graduates.Enterprises should update the concept of employment,strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,promote resource integration,and improve the effect of joint training of talents.Higher vocational colleges should enhance the level of personnel training in three aspects: diversification of school running mode,rationalization of teaching reform,specialization of employment guidance service and so on.Intermediaries should face standardization,specialization and information development.Graduates should change their concepts,enhance their social adaptability and enhance their employability.Through the study of this paper,it not only analyzes the problems facing the construction of employment guidance service system in higher vocational colleges,but also provides effective solutions to promote the construction of employment guidance service system in higher vocational colleges.It will improve the construction of employment guidance service system in Higher Vocational Colleges and promote the graduates of higher vocational colleges.The industry has some reference value and reference value.
