Social Work Intervenes In The Study Of The Cultural Inheritance Of Ethnic Minorities From The Perspective Of Cultural Subjects

Adhere to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and adhere to the overall layout of "five in one".The cultural inheritance of ethnic minorities is conducive to the development of local tourism and economic development,while some ethnic groups face some difficulties in cultural inheritance.In the face of these dilemmas,can social work intervene in the problem of ethnic cultural subjectivity solve the problem?Taking X village of Oroqen ethnic group as an example,this paper studied the basic situation of X village and the current situation of cultural preservation and its causes through field observation and in-depth interview.It found that the main problems from the perspective of cultural subject are the generation of inheritance subject,lack of cultural confidence and lack of endogenous motivation.The reasons for these problems may be the change of living environment and lifestyle,the lack of identity of the new generation to the ethnic culture,and the lack of ethnic culture education.In view of the problems existing from the perspective of cultural subjects,the author tries to solve the problems existing in the cultural subjectivity of ethnic minorities through the practical intervention of one group social work.Through the intervention process,the author puts forward practical reflection: the inheritance mechanism should be improved,the long-term implementation of social work projects should be promoted,the intervention process and effect are limited,and the self-reflection in social work practice should be promoted.The conclusion of this study is that from the perspective of cultural subjects,it is meaningful for social work to intervene in the preservation and inheritance of ethnic minority culture through professional methods.During the study concluded that social work from the perspective of cultural subject of minority cultural heritage advice for attention from the field of basic education in social work services to enhance cultural subjectivity,make full use of the ethnic minority areas in the process of social work practice in the advantages of resources,social workers and service object will symbolization culture communication.
